We were a bit scared because of the reviews, but stayed there 3 nights because it was the cheapest option for us in Rome and the location of the hostel is insanely nice! The first impression was weird because everything looked a bit old so we thoguht maybe the reviews were right. But then everything was completed different (to the better!): Everything was really clean, we saw the guy cleaning everyday really well. The staff (especially Milo) was super friendly and gave everything to make our stay pleasant. Everything was working, no problems at all. Only little minus for the blankets which seemed like they were not washable. But after the first night were we slept without them he asked us (without us saying anything) if we wanted others and we got normal ones. Don't expect a high class hotel but if you need a (for Rome) affordable place to sleep, don't hesitate to go there! :)

My worst experience. Please brother, it's not barakah to handle customer like this. I arrived there 00:03. I rang the bell several times, I already sent email before arrival. I heard someone talking to the phone from inside, but the door still closed. Then, I knocked the door. The same things happened. And then this guy open the door, said something that I didn't clearly understand. And only within 5 seconds, then he closed the door. That's the first (What?) moment in my life. After all, they still didn't want to open the door. Luckily, I found hostel nearby and still wanted to accept my arrival. This might be only happened to me, might be not for everyone. Thanks! I give 1 star because the guy still opened the door even after seconds he closed the door. 😁

Room had no heat, not very bed has a socket, locker broken, staff should be better. I paid Euro 25 plus 7 euro for tourist tax.

This is literally the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are horrible. They give 1 fan for 5 people in the middle of summer. Its pretty inhumane. I would recommend something else. For a couple euros more a night u can get a hostel that is 40000x better.

The experience in the hostal was amazing! The staff was so nice, specially Ahmed, who was super helpful and always tried to make things easier for us. Everything was clean and the location is perfect, really really close to Termini. We will come back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
