Friendly staff and clean rooms. The included breakfast is decent. Their private beach across the street is fantastic. The restaurant there has really delicious, super fresh seafood. There are plenty of lounge chairs to relax on, and they'll bill your room so you can leave your wallet at the hotel. It's about a 10 minute drive from the 'ancient city,' which was perfect for us. There's an ATM down the street as well as a post office and convenience store. We really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for several nights. It is a very nice hotel with great staff. They were helpful with everything we needed and also provided recommendations for things in town. The location is just across the street from the beach and maybe a ten minute cab ride from the market area of Hoi An. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the price was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is really nice place to stay when you want to just go for sea and beach in anytime of the day. Host lady and people (guess they are family) were really nice to me. Even tho price is so affordable , they provide us breakfast and nice service- like everyday cleaning ! And also they provide me taxi for Da nang with better price than grab app ! I will stay here for my next visit of Hoi an again :)

Stop looking and book in Hien Hoa Villa. We finished a long trip in Hoi An with the plans to stay for a week or so; We ended up staying with the family here for over a month. The hospitality and friendliness of all the staff is unmatched and they made it feel like home for us. Thank you so much guys!

We only stayed in the restaurant for lunch: Red Snapper and Fried Rice with Seafood. The Snapper was amazing! yummy! Very friendly staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
