Hosts were very hospitable. We didn't let them know we would be late and so after ringing doorbell neighbour helped us contact them. They were very kind and set up rooms for us very fast. Rooms are nice and bathrooms also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel, specifically the Highbury Colombo, and my experience was truly exceptional. The hotel's location in the heart of Colombo, Sri Lanka, added to the overall charm of my stay. Let me begin with the culinary experience –Since I had the breakfast there, the taste of the food was nothing short of delightful. The diverse menu offered a range of delectable options, each dish expertly crafted and bursting with local flavors that made every meal a memorable experience. The culinary team's dedication to providing a delightful dining experience was evident in every bite. Cleanliness is paramount for me when choosing accommodation, and the Highbury Colombo Hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms and common areas were immaculately maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in cleanliness certainly contributed to the overall positive impression I had during my stay. The garden at the hotel was a serene oasis in the bustling heart of Colombo. It provided a peaceful retreat, allowing guests to unwind amidst nature's beauty. The well-maintained greenery and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces added a touch of tranquility to the overall ambiance of the hotel. I would be remiss not to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Ms. Manoji, the host at the Highbury Colombo Hotel. Her commitment to ensuring a fantastic stay for guests was truly commendable. Ms. Manoji's hospitality and attention to detail made my visit memorable, and I would like to express my gratitude for her exceptional service, In addition to that I had the privilege of visiting and capturing enchanting photos of one of Sri Lanka's historical and oldest mansion, locals call it as "Walawwa" conveniently situated in front of this hotel. Guests have the unique opportunity to explore this property, as it also belongs to the host family, adding an extra layer of historical charm to their experience. In summary, my stay at the Hotel – Highbury Colombo was a delightful experience. From the exquisite taste of the food to the impeccable cleanliness, lush garden, and the exceptional service provided by Ms. Manoji, every aspect contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this fully air-conditioned studio homestay to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in Colombo.

Amazing hospitality! We came late at night and the staff was very nice and welcoming! The rooms are clean and everything is so decorative. The breakfast was delicious and worth it. Very recommended when you are in Colombo.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. For such a high amount for just a room we expected the place to be great or even nice. The path to the room was a narrow staircase and we weren’t allowed to wear slippers inside but the floor was super dirty. We even paid extra to have 3 more guests just come over and the owner was rude enough to complain about them and even asked us to leave. But we still did not make a fuss until she actually made us tidy up the place the next morning and even asked us to take out the TRASH. Whateven is CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Located conveniently in the city centre yet you can stay calm and relaxed without busy city noises. Owners were great hosts. Helped us arrange the garden to a small, quiet celebration. Would have been great if they provided coffee and tea supplies in the room kitchen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
