Great location, high security level, top floor units have amazing views. Units at waterkant street are in a cul-de-sac. Very quiet and well maintained by Nelson and Clifort.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 days. We normally stay in Seapoint and Greenpoint was not my choice. We come down a lot for business and have to be near our customers. I loved the area. A beautiful view over the harbor. It was not noisy at all and extremely safe. We parked our cars inside the complex. We had two cars so one was under cover and the rented car in a open secure place inside the complex. The owner gave us two sets of remotes and keys to enter whenever. Fully alarmed and the inside look is magnificent. Two beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms and aircon. A lovely outside balcony if you are a smoker cause no smoking allowed inside. We booked the same place again in six weeks time. Will always stay there when available. Give this a absolute 5 star. From. Dee EIZENBERG-West

Well positioned flats at the top of Boundary Road with magnificent views. There is a small well kept garden with a braai area as well as a garage for each flat. An good investment.
