Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Marco and his staff are absolutely amazing, you can tell Marco is very considerate and cares about his guests comfort. He went above and beyond for us. Our room was wonderful, usually I don't sleep well in hotels if the air conditioning is too loud, but this one is so quiet I had no problem sleeping. The room was super clean and my husband and I loved it! The view we got for our terrace suite was fantastic. The breakfast delicious. The location worked out perfectly for us as well very convenient. We would love to stay here again and the price was reasonable it didn't cost us an arm and a leg!

Me and my family stayed at this fantastic hotel a few weeks back. It has all you need to make your stay relaxing and uneventful. Kudos to the staff for their warmth and friendliness, specially Marco who was extremely accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. Also, breakfast is delicious and the hot tub in every room an absolute delight! Highly recommended!

Lovely clean accommodation. Hot tub. Close to all amenities, and less than 10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and caldera view but very steep with lots of stairs so not suitable for disabled. Also, check with host before booking if you want outside seating area as not all rooms have. Great sunrise view!!

Hill suites was the best decision we made coming to Santorini! The hotel is located in the centre of Fira and close to many great restaurants and shops. Thomas made our experience here a wonderful one as he was always ready to help and extremely friendly. The daily breakfast served was amazing and you get to pre order them so the waiting time is short. Thomas also kindly arranged breakfast before their standard breakfast time to accommodate our early flight. During our stay here, a guest accidentally broke a glass late at night, and Thomas arrived shortly after they contacted him to clean up to ensure the safety of the guests. We really appreciate the extra mile he took to ensure that our stay here would be a good one. We absolutely loved the private hot tub which was really enjoyable as we visited during the winter. The room not only beautiful but also very clean and neat! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Our perfect experience with Hill Suites began even before arriving in Santorini. By mistake, we made a double booking but the Hill Suites management alerted us to this, quickly assured us that they will do everything they can to help us and even assisted with the free cancellation (despite passing the full refund period). Upon arrival, Kosta kept us updated via WhatsApp on when the room was ready, allowed us to leave our luggages at the reception, and granted an early check in before 12pm. Overall, Kosta was very helpful throughout our stay which made the experience amazing! The room was a dream and we had our private hot tub which we spent a lot of time in. Huge breakfast spread made to order. Hill Suites staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Thomas was very hospitable and always ensured that our needs were met. He always greeted us warmly which made us feel welcomed and at home! Would highly recommend anyone visiting Santorini to stay with Hill Suites!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
