The hotel was a flop, it was in the middle of nowhere, The room was OK the bed was comfortable the pillows not so much. What made it AN EVEN BIGGER FLOP was the amount of cockroach in the room all over the dresser and in the bathroom. We paid 700 000 ish VNÐ, and trust me for that price you can definitely find much better!

The rooms are big, but the beds are hard, pillows not comfortable, and staff running the low-level breakfast were not nice or friendly at all. Definitely not the luxury brand they're trying to be. Great views of the city from the rooftop. The pool isn't a real infinity pool, but they're trying. Had a room next to the elevator, and the noise from the elevator was a little too much while trying to sleep in a hard bed. The air conditioning didn't stay at the temperature I set it to, and I would awake in the middle of the night sweating and having to lower the temperature multiple times at night.

This is my first morning. Location not good, restaurant service face no smile, like angry:( Food is okay . Corner room very bad, I had nightmares in the midnight. Staff helped me change room. He is kind and helpful . D2. The restaurant staff no eggs again. Why no eggs in the morning? I asked second time.

Everything is ok and very satisfied for 42 usd per night per delux room. I forgot the wallet and the receptionist called me and returned it to me. Thank you very much. The location is 2/70, not 70 so it is a bit difficult to find it in the evening.

Nice accommodation. Staff was kind. We were first in a room without the nice big windows, but when we friendly requested to swap, we could switch rooms to a room with a nice city view without any problem. Also the view from the pool is amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
