My Nairobi to Kilimanjaro flight got cancelled. Kenya Airline booked me a room in this hotel. Hotel is good with all facilities. You can have option of Buffet also. Buffet is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian options are also available in buffet. Overall it was happy staying with Hill Park.

Room nice and clean. Bathroom with no door (only curtain), could look more clean. A lot of usefull amenities like shampoo, dryer, kettle etc. We get an extra bedsheet we asked for.

The service was on point, waiters were very helpful, I reserved a space for a party, the meals were scrumptious and plentiful. They make fresh fruit juices and ambience was great.

A beautiful location to stay if we are going for a business trip. Local taxi is more convenient and easy to access whenever we have to rush for any customer meetings. Carrefour mall is nearby and the hotel has a restaurant with breakfast inclusive. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, Gym, Steam and Sauna along with the room stay. Ashley's Spa available at extra cost. Laundry service is perfect and they return clothes in the same if needed without any delay. Staff are very friendly and polite.

We went for their New Years Eve package. The best thing about the evening were the fireworks. The fireworks are not provided by the hotel, just a bonus of the hotels location to the Old Mutual Tower. The band was great. The DJ was awful, some kind of Classic FM wannabe clone, never stopped talking throughout the songs he was playing, sad. The service was non existent, clearly the hotel can’t cope with the numbers that arrive for the event. Truly appalling service with the waiting staff continuously apologising to us for forgetting drinks orders. Our food, sausage and chips took 2 hours and arrived cold. Hardly Salmon en Croute to prepare. The waiter said “sorry” but that was all. They had so many complaints from the tables around us. The Hotel clearly has let their staff down with support and training. The children’s activities were what attracted us to the event, but they are poorly located and disorganised. Such a shame. There were so many people there so it has to be popular and fun for many people. I just would not recommend it. The hotel needs to be better prepared and trained to deliver on the advertised event.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
