Liked · The room and hotel itself were clean. The toiletries were nice and we were upgraded on arrival which was appreciated. The hotel staff were friendly and lovely. Close by to everything in the city. Water bottles on arrival were great. Disliked · The bed and pillows were awful we woke up sore. Someone had set 2 alarms on our alarm clock before we arrived and we were woken up at 12:00am and 2:00am from them. It was so loud and made re-settling our toddler hard. The room was so hot on arrival, it didn’t cool down until we returned for the night (about 9 pm.) the bathroom was tiny and made getting ready as a family hard. The door to the bathroom opened into it nearly hitting the toilet and made shutting the bathroom door difficult. The QR codes in our room didn’t work and kept saying they needed to finish being set up so we couldn’t view mini bar prices/menu or other menus in our room and had to view it on the TV which was a little difficult. All night long we heard doors slamming which I can’t say I’ve experienced in a hotel stay before. But for a night when there was a big event outside our hotel we couldn’t hear a thing outside. There was also a lot of congregating outside the front of the hotel which meant the stairs and ramp were blocked and it was pretty intimidating steering a pram through. When we ordered room service we ordered 1 x normal cappuccino and 1x lactose free cappuccino but only received one cappuccino.

Whenever Bailey 🐶 and I have been loyal patrons of Hilton Adelaide, but today's visit left us profoundly disappointed. The concierge's cold attitude and evident disinterest set an unwelcoming tone. The so-called dog-friendly room reeked of dogs upon entry, an unprecedented and unpleasant surprise. I had to buy an air freshener to get rid of the bad odor. To make matters worse, instead of the King size bed I had requested and paid for, I found two single beds pushed together—a clear mismatch and an undeniable feeling of being ripped off. The room itself was unremarkable, and to top it off, the fridge wasn't even on, rendering our beverages disappointingly warm. Despite specifically requesting a dog bowl in advance, it was missing upon arrival, adding to the overall letdown. The digital check-in for room 312 turned into a mix-up, landing us in room 1012, and the digital key repeatedly failed, causing unnecessary frustration. On this Christmas Eve, our usual anticipation for a pleasant stay at Hilton was replaced with regret. Considering the cumulative dissatisfaction, it's with a heavy heart that I say this might be our final stroll at the Hilton. It's disheartening to witness such a significant decline in service from a brand we once held in high regard. Very disappointing Hilton Adelaide you’ve lost another loyal customer. Regards Mr. DIOR

So after saving for 13 months to spend a special night for me and my special wife for our 16th wedding anniversary. To have your company ruin our night and also half ruin our Christmas Considering it was a $271.40 room $55 for parking Why in the world did use careless take out 3 times that amount And take more out after I made your rude night staff aware of it a 11pm at night In the morning of our departure the nice lady helped us as mush as she could trying to fix your motels mistakes as they’re not hers But only to refund $320 is unacceptable we are still owed $271.40 plus So because of this we now can’t afford our Xmas dinner nor many Christmas presents for our 2 children And not just that my wife hasn’t stopped crying since Wednesday hope everyone is happy at the Hilton while they have there best Christmas I have made copy and pasted this exact comment over to google review because how many do use over charge we are the ones who caught this everyone needs to know as we’re all not rich and have money to throw around Check your accounts you may of been overcharged
