My stay so far has been amazing! The staff is the most courteous I’ve encountered. The amenities are first class. Just finished a 5k run on the 23rd floor, then hit the sauna. The view during the run was breathtaking. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and will be back to stay again!

The customer service was nothing short of miraculous. At the front desk, smiles sparkled like jewels, welcoming us into a realm where every wish was their command. The valet service was like a choreographed ballet, effortlessly ensuring our vehicle was cared for as if it was a chariot of the gods. The housekeeping team, oh the housekeeping team! They were the silent guardians of comfort, transforming our room into a sanctuary that rivaled the chambers of Versailles. I really enjoyed this hotel and I’ve never left a review for a hotel before. Brenda at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The bell hops were amazing & one nice gentleman had been there 9 years which is awesome! A gentleman working the pickup/drop off area was so kind and offered cold water and was pleasant to speak with. He’s worked there 11 years! I stayed in a Pure room for the first time and really enjoyed it. I didn’t wake up with a dry, stuffy nose like I normally do in hotels. Will definitely look for Pure rooms at Hilton properties going forward. Great location to other stuff within walking distance. Love the nearby park. Lovely hotel, lovely staff! 5 stars!!

Lovely hotel! We came in to cheer on family for the marathon and this was a great location, right at the finish line. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and updated. USB plug-ins available at bed side but not at the work station, so I had to charge my phone through my laptop while working. No big deal, but something to mention. One downside I felt was the lack of elevators and I was a bit nervous about the distance from the room to the elevator in case of an emergency evacuation. Also, the elevator wait was long at times, going down...not coming up. The bathroom was very modern with a walk-in shower with a rain style shower head (no tub). Shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel available in modern large pump dispensers inside shower and body lotion available in dispenser near sink. The only thing that was strange was the markings for hot/cold inside the shower. Hard to describe here, but just know that red is not hot, as it appears. The shower knob will start you with cold water,even though it is red. The happy spot for me was one degree left of center. The lobby has several bars, a Starbucks, restaurant, and lots of couches and chairs. All personnel were great! Lobby staff, bar tenders, but especially the guys working outside at the front entrance were spectacular. Housekeeping was outstanding. We needed extra towels and coffee and although the hotel indicated that texting the number by 10:00 would ensure delivery by 4:00, we had our extras in 10 minutes! Overall, great stay! We couldn't have been happier! Def recommend and we will stay here again.

Perfectly located in downtown. Great if you are traveling on business or attending a conference at George brown. Rooms are a good size Breakfast is lush Great spa Fantastic gym with all equipment I needed and views to feast my eyes Nice indoor pool, wish there was an outdoor one like the Marriott across the road Staff were nice Plenty of options to dine in. Executive lounge is spacious and perfect to use as an office

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
