        It’s true the rooms are a bit dated, but you don’t come to Antwerp to stay in the room. They also have family rooms that can accommodate 4 people (2 kids), which is very rare in Europe. The location on Groenplaats is perfect, close to the cathedral and great dining options. Free breakfast was a nice bonus, with a decent buffet.

        Great location and friendly staff for the most part. Special thanks to Chloe for her help while checking in. The upgraded suite room could have been better. Large living room served little purpose as it had no window and was separated from the bedroom by a bathroom. It felt like a missed opportunity. The room certainly showed age. Also, not a whole lot of outlets as I had to unplug lamps to charge phone. It did have a nice view, though. I can't think of a better location, though. And breakfast was quite good, with variety of choices and high quality food. I like the hotel and really would have liked to give 5 stars but that would not be fair to other Hilton who truly merit 5 stars.

        Very old and tired rooms, although generally spacious and clean. The executive lounge is a letdown. It only offers snacks between 6 pm and 8 pm and is generally packed. There is no regular clean-up either. The rest of the time, you just get self-served hot drinks and chilled soft drinks. The best part of the hotel is the Blend 32 restaurant onsite. It offers nice and vegan friendly breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also great with many nice options, a bit on the pricey side. Staff in the restaurant is always friendly and attentive. Being in the center of old town Antwerp, the hotel's location is the best selling point. Even during Christmas, the nearby restaurants and some shops are still open. Very short walks to all the major visiting spots and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I would return to this hotel for its location and perks it offers for Hilton diamond members. However, if no renovation is made to the rooms within the next couple of years, I would start considering other options nearby.

        The location is great! Super central and everything within walking distance: Shops, restaurants, bars, public transport, train station. Room was good, spacious and clean and the bed and pillow was absolutely Super comfortable! Little side note: to get in and get out the shower cabin can be difficult when you have mobility problems! It's quite high to step into the shower cabin! Breakfast was really good! So much choice! It was the third time I stayed here! Would really recommend it!

        As a Hilton loyal member for more than 6 years, Diamond membership owner. I would say this is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever encountered. This Hilton does not have its own parking space, and even if it did, there wouldn't be any vacancies because it is shared with public parking spaces, so no one at the hotel intervenes to reserve parking spaces for their guests. At 19:30 in the evening, there was only one concierge staff at the front desk. Yes, this concierge staff did not help with parking or picking up luggage in front of the door, but helped with check-in at the front desk. Although the hotel (available rooms of various room types can be seen on the hotel's official website and third-party and internal systems) has enough remaining rooms, the hotel's concierge staff is unwilling to change room types. The attitude is also extremely rude. The room is extremely difficult to find, and the room numbers are not arranged in order. The room facilities are old and there are hairs in the bathtub. The bathrobe has been washed to the thread. There is no packaged drinking water provided in the room (this is clearly stated in the membership regulations). The hotel executive lounge began to take away all food before 20:00.
