        Excellent hotel with great view to the bay and harbour. As diamond member I received a very nice room with big bath room and pier view. Especially when cruise ships arriving/depart it is an event. Top located at the pier. Unfortunately no executive lounge but at least some vouchers for the bar. Very good breakfast with nice view. Service and cleanliness also pretty good.

        Could not beat the location. Just a block away from our cruise ship dock. Got off the ship and walked over to Hilton. Rooms were very nice. Had a harbor view. Hotel even had a charger adapter we borrowed for our phones. Had dinner in the hotel overlooking the harbor. Both were very nice. Staff was friendly and personable. Could walk all over Auckland. Plenty of shopping, museums and restaurants nearby.

        Great location and close to everywhere. Beautiful lobby decor, very good service. Unfortunately I had a problem with my room when I check in but the incredible Maria (reception, I think is her name) and Mark show me other option rooms and we moved to a better room and also they gave us complimentary drinks and chocolates, amazing effort and I really appreciate that. Bed was very comfy and incredible view from the harbour.

        It was an amazing 4 nights stay with my husband on the property. The staff were amazing, and a special shout out to Mark from the concierge team, that helped us to see to the booking of restaurants and return transport. His recommendations for restaurants were good, and all the staff we met there were friendly and made us feel welcomed. However, one star off for service, as on the day of our check out, we were informed that official check out time was 11am. We are Hilton Diamond Members, and therefore they could extend the check out to 12pm. Which we were thankful for, as we were waiting for our transport back to the airport. However, at 10+am (which is not even the official check out time), my husband and i were chilling at the balcony when we heard someone entered the room. We went back to the room, and saw a lady in our room. She mentioned that she was there to check the mini-bar. I do not think that it is professional to enter the guest room, especially when they have yet to check out, and furthermore all our belongings and valuables are all laid out. This felt un-acceptable and left a bad impression on our otherwise perfect stay there.

        I was expecting great things but found only average. room was average, just like any 3-4 star. view was great when there were no cruise ships in front of our room. expensive.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
