This was a very nice hotel when entering and the staff was very nice even gave us a room with a beautiful view the only downside was in the room the toilet seat was outdated and yellowing like it was very old but the beds and pillows where very nice and comfortable another downside that luckily was excluded for us being that my father is handicapped was that parking underground with the hotel was $48 a night that’s a little pricey for the fact you are already paying for a room other then that it was a great place to stay and lots of activities around the hotel. The pool was very nice as well with a hot tub and there is a work out room as well and security on the elevators so not just anyone can go upstairs and roam around that was an amazing touch.

I stayed at the Austin Hilton for one night as we had a flight to catch the next morning out, and it was easier to stay overnight in Austin versus driving there that morning. The hotel is next to the convention center and situated close to the airport as well. We arrived that afternoon and check-in was fast and quick. Once I was in the room, it was clean and everything seems to be well maintained. The bathroom also seemed to be well-maintained. If there was mold in the shower, I am not sure I could tell because of the deep blue color of the tiles. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. The bed was comfortable as well and I had no problems sleeping that night. Once we were settled, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and then headed back up to bed ad we had an early flight. I plan to come back for a more comprehensive review down the road.

As diamond members we have stayed at our fare share of Hilton properties. The hotel is very nice and rooms are clean however, the lobby including the restaurants and bar were like being in a meat locker. Employees had scarfs and jackets on. Some had their own source of heat. Guest were layered up just to tolerate the freezing temperatures. Breakfast went cold very fast and employees at the desk were completely useless for help. When I asked several employees why the lobby was so cold, not one employee knew why. Charged high end prices for substandard conditions. Will not return!

Our stay was OK. We came when it was abnormally cold and the lobby was freezing (still cold with a winter coat and hat on). The rooms were nothing special. We asked for an extra blanket and pillows and they forgot the pillows and gave us a blanket that was crusty and stained (it was GROSS). The staff are very nice and the location is perfect for downtown Austin. The parking garage is convenient but expensive.

This is not a 4 star Hotel 1) Booked ahead of time with my colleague so we are in the same hotel but different rooms. We both got confirmation number. On check in day, we drove on on same rental car. When we arrived, out of nowhere, no notification on email..., they want to relocate me to a separate hotel. My colleague was able to keep his reservation. Since we use the same rental, we ended up sharing the same room on doubles. At least communicate that ahead so we can plan transportation. 2) There was no line in check in but for some reason it took the same amount of time as if I'm signing a lease 3) Taking the elevator from lobby up literally took 20 minutes to wait. This is not an exaggeration. No communication on how to deal adhoc situation to the guest, bad check in infrastructure, elevator system is not very good. It's not a bad hotel, but to be marked as 4 star is very questionable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
