        Was quite happy with the Hilton after struggling to decide between multiple nice hotels in the area. The rooms were very large and fairly clean. Our shower kept going cold which was disappointing but everything else was great. The staff that greeted us on check in was rude and not informative at all, not even telling us whether we had paid for breakfast, where it was or where the elevators were. The check out staff on the other hand were quite friendly and apologetic about the shower.

        We were group of 13 Indian, had visited Hilton Baku last week and this was the best stay experience we ever had. The location and view from the hotel’s executive lounge were awesome. The reception staffs, the house keeping staffs and all other support staffs were very welcoming, cooperative which makes our stay so smooth and joyful. They happily acknowledged our request for early check-in and late check-out as well. In the breakfast buffet, they even managed to serve us Indian vegetarian breakfast range which was exceptional. Being in a new country, the feeling that you are comfortable and enjoying the hospitality is very important and Hilton Baku team gave us this, way more than expected. I would highly recommend Hilton Baku to anyone visiting this city.

        his name is a guarantee. located on the sea, 10 minutes from the city center.Large and comfortable rooms, three restaurants where you can enjoy delicious dishes, an indoor swimming pool with an adjoining truly welcoming and relaxing spa, high quality hairdressing service and last but not least a huge fitness center.

        I am on a solo-vacation for two nights. Rooms are spacious and clean, I was pleasantly upgraded. They definitely take your Hilton Honors status seriously here. Asiman from the executive lounge was fantastic on both days! Keep up the great work, Asiman!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
