We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Downtown Magnificent Mile and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel itself is very much up-to-date, boasting a modern and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely happy hour offered by the hotel. It provided a perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The well-stocked lobby was another plus, offering convenience and a variety of options right at our fingertips. A special mention must go to the amazing staff who made our stay even more memorable. Michael at the front desk deserves a huge thank you for his incredible patience and helpfulness throughout our stay. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. We also want to extend our gratitude to the manager, Wendy Romero. Wendy went above and beyond to assist us with a room-related issue, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in her actions. Last but not least, Hashmat’s excellent communication skills greatly enhanced our experience. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes effective communication to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.

I plan to stay at this hotel once more when I visit Chicago. I will most certainly tell others about this place. It was good that you could select your room when you checked in using the all. In the end, we decided on floor 24, room 2411. There was a fantastic view of the city from this suite. The sleeping section's separation from the living area was a pleasant feature. The fact that both spaces had televisions was also handy. It was also wonderful that the living room included a pull-out bed. The room was furnished with everything a visitor could possibly need. There was also a wonderful exercise center and pool. A pleasant view of the city and Lake Michigan is also offered by the pool, which is located on the thirty-first level. Despite the $79 cost of the valet service, I felt the entire experience was positive.

Great location with fair prices. We loved our view and the amount of space we had. The pool was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pull out from the couch is awful. Also they do not replace those sheets when the room is cleaned between guests. We had dirty sheets from things falling through the cushions. The one elevator kept going in and out of service. We ended up having to force the doors open because they would not open all the way. The walls are thin. Could hear everything from the next room. All in all I would stay here again.

This hotel is all about location being in Chicago downtown. The indoor swimming pool is temperature controlled and has almost warm water, which is a delight in winter. Other than that, everything else is below average. Rooms has dusty feeling and triggered temporary cough in all of us. Some room bulbs weren't working. The bathroom has no exhaust fans. The toilet flush was very bad. Carpets seemed so old. When we checked in, there was no one to help with our bags. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it

I gave five stars based on two experiences. The first is how amazing their valet staff is. They use technology AKA an easy mobile app for scheduling ease. Friendly, professional, and willing to help. The second is room comfort. My room was spacious, and quiet and had all the necessary amenities to make my stay worthy of this 5-star review. Keep up the good work!
