Our stay at the Hilton Chicago was a great experience. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious. The buildings are well-maintained. It is a beautiful hotel with a rich history. A lot of historic events have happened there, and many notable people have been its guests. The service is excellent! The Michigan Avenue location is great! It's within walking distance of the Lake, museums, restaurants, and Soldier Field.

Great, surprisingly friendly staff and good location, but the room we had was terrible. The refrigerator, with no adjustments available, was simply an ice box that froze everything put in it, and the room was very hot even with the air turned on all the way. The furniture was fine but not comparable in quality to similar hotels. We stayed near the top of the building which had 24/7 loud ambient humming from the HVAC, to an extent that it seems inappropriate to have rooms so close to the system. Overalls I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room hadn't been cleaned properly when we arrived, partially eaten food was on the floor and hairs were in the bathtub, I requested it be cleaned but housekeeping never arrived. Housekeeping never cleaned the room after the first night even though I requested it. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels. After we checked out I was charged an additional $60, after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was finally told it was a $25 per night charge that must be used on hotel amenities and is non-refundable. It's a great location but not worth the hidden fees and poor service.

Hilton Chicago is a very, very legendary property located near Symphony Hall Chicago. It’s across from the water, and has some really gorgeous views. Positive is that the property is gorgeous! Negative are that the rooms and furniture are very dated and not particularly comfortable. Couch was terrible and I stayed in a King Junior suite! Room was very spotlessly clean though which I appreciated. Check in and out was great too. The Irish Pub was very good, the $35 breakfast buffet across from check in was just “meh”, nothing special at all. Was a bit surprised in the offerings there as it wasn’t nearly as large as the price dictated. I do recommend staying at this Hotel as it’s an experience!

Cool Hotel with lots of history and many films shot on location. The ballroom is old rustic and just cool looking. They just don't make places like this anymore. I was here for about 9 days, Hotel staff was great, the rooms were great, and it's a great location, it even snowed while I was here, I didn't expect that, but it was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant/bar is a cool place with lots of old pictures, the food was great, no complaints here. There are plenty of places to get food and coffee around the area, just need to go out and explore. Check them out yourself, and as always, my 2 cents.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
