        Stay was undoubtedly very good but the food could have been better. We ordered a couple of times through in room dining and it wasn’t up to the mark. It wasn’t hot and fresh is what we felt. But the housekeeping staffs were just brilliant. Especially ‘Vihanga’ who was very kind and cleaned our rooms to perfection. Big thank you to him and we really need more people like him.

        Had a great time with the family. The family apartment was a complete apartment with all facilities, quite spacious, clean and a great place to relax after a tiresome day. The view is stunning, specially at night and in the morning. Prices are reasonable compared to anything else nearby. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Great breakfast buffet. No complaints at all.

        The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room after seeing we were traveling with someone in a wheelchair. This was very helpful since the room was very spacious and the wheelchair could easily move around in the living room. The walk in shower was also convenient for those in a wheelchair. The hotel did not have a shower chair or walker if that is something you need for your visit. We had an amazing view the Tulip Tower and we were very close to a couple of supermarkets. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package and it was very convenient. If we were unable to eat breakfast there due to an early morning day trip, the hotel packed us a breakfast to take with us.

        The Hilton residences, though one of the best in the business - this property fell short of my expectations. I came here hoping for peace and quite but I was met with intrusive staff and an intrusive culture of service. I've never been this disturbed or interrupted during my stay at a hotel. The staff too during room service will walk straight into your room even if you ask them not to or to stay put at a certain part of the room. The food is good quality and so are the rooms luxurious but this attitude you are met with, of the staff, spoils the whole fun. It feels uncomfortable to be a guest at this hotel - like you're always under watch and suspicion of either needing something at every second or you're unable to pay your bill so much pay at every single order and they will keep coming back with change so basically your whole day at this hotel is opening and closing the door for the staff and payments / exchanges. It's located at a decent place, posh area with a good souvenir shop nearby, more than standard rates at the shop.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
