        We had a suit on the sixth floor. The room had 2 balconies and was huge. The service is great. Especially Kushma from housekeeping reads your every wish from your lips. You feel like God in France. The hotel grounds are also very well maintained and huge. You don't need to worry about not getting a sunbed. There really are plenty available. We also liked the beach club in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, there is a disco not far from the hotel that makes a lot of noise. And it goes on from midday until 10pm. Nobody seems to be happy about this. Otherwise you have a great view of the Dubai skyline.

That’s looks to be very well managed organization down there 👍 Special thanks to Chris (supervisor at the buffet restaurant), what a host ! Also room cleaning staff, very effective, responsive and making things, so easy for you. Short message to the management: - better organize signage for gluten-free food and drinks. - make your staff happy… they will make your customers happy 😉

        I am on my first visit to Dubai and the experience with the Hilton hotel makes me not want to come again. I purchased two rooms with a sea view and one of them was given to me with a partial sea view. The guy at the front desk justified this as how their hotel classifies the rooms. I explained to him that all over the world the same expressions are used for opening the vision. After two days of living in the first room, he gives us a room with a sea view and we move out at 10 p.m. He didn't even apologize. In the two days I went to the reception and complained that we only have one towel to use and there are four people in the room and no one brought a towel. A disastrous experience. Only the name Hilton remained, the unforgettable experience promised by this brand is terrible. They ruined my vacation! In the restaurant, if the dishes are empty, you wait 30 minutes for them to fill them and you have to remind them at least 5 times. There is no manager to tell what bothers you. They only want money and not to offer the paid services. If I'm lucky the manager reads I'm in room 328. Only the lady Noerina we left with a good impression of the hotel .

        We are very pleased with our vacation, we have been vacationing in this hotel for several years. All at the highest level. There were problems with cleaning the room, but Alina solved everything in the shortest possible time, very competently and efficiently. Great staff, thanks for a nice stay, hello! We recommend!

        Justice and Mark were super amazing 🤩 in cleaning my room , Justice was good enough and very nice ,always smiling wherever he see me. I was excited 😛 with everything about him .           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
