        I must say, I love staying in Buckhead. Location for work is perfect. I have observed the cleanliness of the rooms have gone down hill. The restrooms on the first floor are always a mess. The first stall is always backed up! Disgusting! Faucets loose, urinals stink. The folks at the desk are always helpful with my needs. Food is a little lack luster, menu needs to change but that’s the same for all HGI locations. I usually stay a week at a time. The bar service is amazing Tuesday through Thursday. Kat is AWESOME!! She always keeps the atmosphere up beat and takes care of her guests!! Can’t say enough good things about her!!

        I came as a paying customer to order food . Which I paid for with my credit card . I place my order wait for a while for it seem to be the easy thing order over easy eggs & turkey sausages.. After wait for while I left go back to work. I return back to the hotel spoke to front desk lady who redirected me to chef I explain to the chef what happen. He refuse to refund my money an told me not come back. So got no food no refund .I promise I won't back I promise i never send any type business, family, friends

        One of the worst hotels that I stayed in last 25 years. My sleep in first night was interrupted by water dropping from ceiling to the floor in the washroom. While heading out in the morning I called front desk and informed of the issue to have it fixed while I was out. When I came back around midnight no one had fixed water issue and there was no house keeping. When I came back second day they still hadn't fixes water problem and still no house keeping. I had to complain to a few people and got my room changed. Couple of days later I asked for couple of extra blankets and I was told that I could be given only one blanket because this hotel of over 100 rooms had only 2 blankets in total to give out. And if you decided to use the breakfast that supposedly closes at 10 am, plan to be there no later than 9:30 because they begin to remove food items way before the published closing time of 10am. Since I stayed here as part of a big team I didn't have the option to check into another hotel. This is the first time ever in 25 years that I gave 1star to any hotel.

        I loved the hotel. The servers were very good, polite , friendly, and helpful, so I thought ! I am not happy with the parking fees. I was told that the parking at the hotel was free. Upon existing, press the silver button and tell them the room number. Upon leaving the hotel and headed home on 12/24/23, I checked my credit card transactions, and I was back charged dates not at the hotel for for parking. I called the hotel, and got nowhere with the staff. Im having to dispute those charges 😠, Check your credit card statement!

        I stayed here for work and it was the perfect location from my office building. Amazing experience from the gentlemen at the valet, who opened the door for me when I arrived and grabbed my bags to the smooth check in process at the front desk with Nathan. As a HH Gold guest, I received my complimentary waters which was much appreciated. I enjoyed the bar/grill with cold beers and Justin and Kat were friendly, personable and lively. I’m giving 4 stars because I did not get my $10/day credit or complimentary breakfast but I didn’t notice until I was already checked out and on my way. Other than that, great experience and I will stay here whenever I come into town for work! Special kudos to Nathan and Justin, for amazing customer service and making my stay memorable!!!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
