It was an awesome stay. I was in town in July on work assignment for the John Lewis Forever stamp unveiling. It was enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and even upgraded me to a penthouse suite. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. I was actually going to book a stay in Nov with my sorority sisters but my plans changed. Lovely view and in the center of everything. You won't regret the stay.

Great experience due to the location, visited the aquarium and the zoo. Staffers were phenomenal and extremely helpful! Rooms could use updating, the tub has seen better days, food was good, from the continental breakfast to their restaurant downstairs, a TexMex/Creole fusion. Would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. My problem is that we were having an event and referred to Amelia for a group rate. The group rate ended up being over $60 dollars more than regular rates for that night. When contacted and asked if they could match the price for that night she said no because it was a group rate. I've never heard of a group rate being more than standard rates. It also took several calls before I got a return call from Amelia. I've researched the hotels prices and they are no where near what we paid for the so called group rate. I was expecting an upscale hotel for the rate, and this one is average at best. Just a great location. Update: Thanks for responding. I've contacted both the customer service number, email, and hotel and the matter does not seem to be taken seriously. Only told that a group rate can't be changed. No one has been able to answer why a group rate was over $60 per night higher than advertised rates.

Bad: Beds are hard as sleeping on the floor.. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so everything stays damp. Whatever chemicals are in the hot tub tarnished all my jewelry. People were smoking marijuana in the garage. Security sleeping in garage. Not ideal for a family. Communication with staff is horrible. Had purchased vouchers for breakfast online, since it's not included, nobody gave them to us at check-in. Went to breakfast the next day on the fourth floor and were advised we had to ask for them. So back to the front desk on the first floor before we could get breakfast. Finally, at check out, I had to ask how to pay for leaving the garage. She told me to use the room key that she just had me put in the basket to return. I got my key out of the basket and then left. This is really sad as I like Hilton and the location is amazing for the park, the aquarium and downtown restaurants. Good: rooms are clean, when called for more towels staff replaced quickly but nobody took the old ones.

We were in town briefly, stayed one night. Perfect location for our quick trip to the aquarium. The highlight of our stay was Destiny at the front desk. A shining example of customer service. Thanks for making this a lot less stressful and keep being you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
