        **UPDATE** They charged me twice for the room! And when I called I was told “we can’t help you. Call your bank.” Worst hotel stay ever. Don’t stay here. Our first room, the live TV didn’t work. A worker was in our room for an hour and they couldn’t fix it. Also the cold water in the bathroom sink didn’t work at all. No water came out. We had to request a new room twice and they were reluctant to give us another room. Why would we want to stay in a room where the tv didn’t work?? I booked my reservation with breakfast included but they forgot to give us the voucher. Had to go get that from the front desk. Then we sit down and decide to order off the menu instead of the sad ‘buffet’ that only had 3 options. One waiter told us they had no toppings for omelettes another told us what ones were available. They bring us our bill with both items still on it when we had a voucher for one. We asked them to fix the check and we would pay. They tell us that we have to pay for everything then they turn it over to an accountant who handles it from there. What?!? That doesn’t make sense and there’s no accountability. I go to the front desk and the gentleman informs me that is not correct and has to walk over to tell the waiter that is not how it works. So how many people have they ripped off by doing this?? I will never stay at this location again. I expected better from a Hilton property but this one was a huge disappointment. And I paid way to much for this headache.

        Have stayed here twice two years in a row. However, this time we were charged two different times . When I called finance, no one answered nor returned my call. So being a diamond member I called the Corp support number. Support was able to get them on the phone. All I was told is that their system doesn't show, but one charge amd my bank must be the problem. What a joke! I've had to cancel my card for fear of this hotel charging my card a 3rd time. I stay at Hiltons all the time, but I will not be staying here again.

        When I first arrived there were billing issues. The rooms that were booked by my company were prepaid and the staff required us to pay for the rooms in full up front. The rooms themselves were all facing the highway. Every night until very late into the morning you would hear sirens, road noise, and worst of all, people drag racing and revving engines until all hours of the evening. No amount of soundproofing is enough for these horrible rooms. My room also had a faulty window AC unit that would hum incredibly loud off and on every couple of minutes. I called the front desk they sent someone to look at it who spoke no English and had no understanding of what the real issue was and thought I was complaining about the temperature which was not the case. I don't blame him I blame the hotel for not being able to communicate the issue for me. I also had no room cleaning for my four night stay. My shower was out of conditioner and I ran out of other amentities that I had to request directly because they refused to clean and refresh, I also asked twice if my room would be cleaned and they ignored me. I'm an American Express Hilton card holder as well and they did not upgrade my room whatsoever. Breakfast was a joke, almost every topping I ask for, I was told they were out of. One of my work colleagues wanted to buy a round of drinks and we went to the bar where we were surprised to see a bartender sitting on a chair behind the bar top. She was probably the most unfriendly bartender I've ever encountered and had little to no interest and actually getting us a drink, which is very weird considering they're only two other people at the bar so it's not like she was being swamped with guests. So Hilton did not get any of my money on food or beverage. This is a very poor experience from the Hilton brand and one I would recommend entirely against especially when there is a Home2Suite two blocks away. Spend your money there instead or book away from Hilton since they do not want to respect their customers and place them right against the highway.

        This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I was there for 3 days for a conference and it was horrible. The first night, the bed was so hard that I slept in the chair and rested my head on the desk. I went to the front desk and I was told that all the rooms had the same bedding because it was new bedding. I tried sleeping by laying all the pillows on the bed and sleeping on top of those but it was a disaster! Also the sheets were so itchy that I'm not sure if it was the detergent they used or bedbugs. The thermostat in the room made a loud noise every time that the temperature in the room moved and that was constantly!!! By the 3rd night, I was in so much pain that I just slept sitting up against the headboard with my sweater as covers. The traffic and construction was loud constantly and so sleeping again was impossible. Lastly my job paid for parking at the hotel but I received a $150 charge today that I can't get anyone at the hotel to explain and I can't reach anyone in finances or a supervisor. The young man at the front desk makes me feel as if I am getting on his nerves each time I call, but I just want my $150 back!! Please don't deal with this hotel if you want a pleasant stay or you just have money to throw away.

        We turned on the shower and never got hot water. They sent someone up to our room and he determined the hot was on the cold side but that was after we had packed to leave. I mean, honestly, how are people supposed to know they screwed up the hot/cold water??? This should be fixed or they shouldn’t book the room. We encountered employees standing on the outside of front entrance smoking marijuana at 7 am. The elevators smelled of marijuana our entire stay. This is totally unprofessional.
