We stayed last week with 2 kiddos, and it was great! We got the breakfast package and it was worth every penny! Emma was working there in the mornings and was fabulous! She was friendly and helpful and we looked forward to seeing her in the mornings! There was a small issue with our room when we first went to it, but the man at the desk fixed it so fast and without any hassle, it was so great. We'd absolutely stay here again! Side note the indoor pool was barely heated, and wasn't a pleasant temp to swim in for adults (the kids didn't care and had a blast, even if they were shivering a little).

I frequent this location whenever I visit for my business trips. It’s central to where I need to be and the staff (cleaning and front desk) have basic courtesy and professional skills. The rooms are okay and often have good lighting. I could be particular because I work in the industry but I’m not because it’s the Hilton garden inn. The rooms and linens are always fresh and clean by the way. La La, the bartender is absolutely a breath of fresh air. I forget the name of the other bartender, from New Orleans, but they honestly are the life of the location. The food is good and I always feel refreshed with a good nights sleep here. It’s not noisy and the other guests are often… colorful. I haven’t used their pool or gym but will be in the future.

Wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious. They have breakfast which was good but it is not complimentary but that was fine with us. The cost was $16 per person and they offered a large variety of different foods on the menu. We enjoyed it overall and will visit again in the near future.

To everyone that worked the morning and evening shift on December 21st, YOU ARE AMAZING PEOPLE!!! I stopped here enroute to Louisiana and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Because I had to work, I had an opportunity to really enjoy the food and the area brought back so many memories (I used to work in the area almost a decade ago!). Thank you for making my birthday trip so restful and peaceful!! I intend to return very soon.

Worst hotel experience ever. We stayed for 2 weeks. Credit card used for a refundable deposit was charged $60 while we didn’t avail any incidentals. Ticket was immediately raised for this concern but been asked several times for the same info by different agents but no resolution yet. Before checking out, we clarified that no additional charges expected and the front desk was affirmative. We live overseas and only went there for business so it’s hard to call any service line to get immediate action for the refund. Front desk staff seem to hate their jobs and projects it to the clients. I wonder how hard it is for them to simply be nice, no need to be overly hospitable, just plain simple nice attitude that is a basic need for their job or any job. The most grumpy hospitality service staff I’ve ever encountered. There’s only one nice guy among them but wasn’t able to get his name. Another thing, I don’t mind if pets are allowed or not but we were hearing a dog barking from another room so yes, rooms have very minimal or poor soundproofing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
