        All the staff have been so friendly and helpful! Always greeted with a smile. Nice conference rooms with space to spread out and have conversations in the lobby. Great side conference table off the lobby. Easy breakfast & Garden Grille. Conveniently located with nice pond and path behind hotel.

        Great hotel. Here for work. Not sure what her name is, but the lady working the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Location is right off of the highway, but is in proximity to a fantastic half mile walking trail in the back. Real nice trail to have when driving all day. Hotel itself is well kept. Parking ample. Walking distance to a sushi place. Above all the customer service provided by the front desk lady was the best thing.

        UPDATE** it has now been almost a month and no one has done absolutely anything about my complaint. You can see below the owner just washed his hands by referring over to hiltons customer service which I did and still haven’t heard back from them. Terrible customer service! My family and I stayed 2 days ago on a Friday night. We arrived around 8pm and the hotel was pretty empty. The 2 women working that night were very rude and unprofessional. 0 customer service. The room we received was disgusting, the mattress was beyond stained and dirty and it didn’t have sheets. When we called the receptionist to let them know she said it didn’t come with sheets unless we asked for them. She did offer to move us to a different room but warned us the other rooms might be the same. We ended up moving to another room and sure enough it was super dirty as well. We did not want to stay there but we live far away and it was raining hard that night. The girl running the bar are was the most rude and unprofessional of the two. I went downstairs to get milk for our baby. I tried to get the bar girl’s attention but she ignored me. the two employees were having a full on personal conversation as I stood right in front of them. Once they finished talking the bar girl turned around and walked away while the receptionist just stood there staring at me without saying a single word.

        By far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had. Even though I’m a diamond member and it’s clearly stated that there is complimentary breakfast for diamond status, without any notice they only gave $10 breakfast discount and charged the rest. Rooms were in extremely poor condition and very dirty. Also I didn’t receive Hilton membership points as I should. For some reason there is a big gap between what I’ve received and the mathematics . I’m very disappointed. I’d highly suggest look elsewhere to stay. Terrible..

        This is a great hotel! It’s clean, well located & very accommodating. Kelsey, who works the front desk during the day, was extremely nice, welcoming, & really seems like she enjoys her job. The morning breakfast crew was awesome! I will definitely stay here again!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
