Firstly let me say that all the staff here are simply excellent and nothing should diminish that. Despite booking a double room nearly 2 weeks in advance, we ended up with a small Queen room, which only had a 150cm bed. Not the end of the World, but it turned out that the mattress was simply awful, such that both got backache. We changed Hotels as soon as it was practical to do so. Spacious multi purpose dining room serves good quality simple food from a daily menu. Modest portion sizes.

Dear all, My Experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bordeaux was a nightmare to say the least. During the second day of my stay at this hotel, I returned from a full day of working as this was a business trip to find my card not working on the lock. When the receptionist explained that my lock had been broken, I proceeded to find that all of my money had been stolen. The hotel not only did they not provide me with a secure door, but proceeded to allow people into my room without my concent. Moving on, after the incident was reported, the hotel managers chose not to help me, but disrespectfully accuse me of having no proof, even if they spotted multiple people in my room without my knowledge. This was a clear case of theft, in which the hotel didnt offer any assistance, but only disrespectful suspicion on my part. A similar incident was reported 2 months ago,where jewerly was stolen. I urge you not to visit this hotel, as it is clearly an unsafe environment where there is a pattern of theft for which the hotel knowingly allows. From the general manager to the reception manager they all only offered condescending comments and 0 customer service. Antonin, the reception manager went further, telling me to go to the police station, emphasizing that the wait is 5 hours. To me, a foreigner, on a business trip there to work.

We stayed here for one night with our family of 4 (2 young children). The hotel is located a bit on the outskirts of city center, which was great because parking was a bit easier to find. Below are a few pros & cons. Pros: - Clean but can see wear and tear - Food court (La Boca) & grocery store located next door - Good size bathroom Cons: - Stiff and uncomfortable bed, but nice bed sheets & pillows - Terrible WiFi - Wear & tear shown in shower & around hotel - Room & shower is a bit tight - Construction taking place, so view isn’t great

Nice, clean hotel. The parking was very limited, having a giant empty parking garage below the hotel but they only have like 10 spaces out of a hundred. Whoever negotiated that deal needs to be fired. I do appreciate them having parking even though it was limited, I was able to reserve a slot with my reservation. The hotels rooms were nice, clean and the breakfast was actually better than most Hiltons in France. The construction surrounding the hotel, beyond their control, was an eyesore but only temporary. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from any of the sights but not so far it wasn’t walkable. Overall a nice hotel and stay.

Be warned - This hotel is nowhere near the centre of Bordeaux. There is a 10 minute walk along an unpleasant road (smells, rough sleepers, uneven pavement. Didn't feel safe) to a tram. Then a few stops to the centre. The hotel itself is ok. Rooms could do with a good clean (marks on the carpet etc) but otherwise about what you'd expect. The hotel does have some car parking though which is convenient. I think that most people would be better served by a more central hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
