Needed a last second place to crash and they had availability thankfully! Booked a room an hour before arriving there around 2am and everything was super swift and efficient. Room was standard issue but clean and comfy. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were absolutely awesome!!

Excellent friendly service. Extremely clean with very helpful staff, from the front desk to the breakfast staff, bar tender, car valet. Excellent! Excellent! I would strongly recommend this hotel. Also, pleasantly surprised at the affordable price point in relation to the location.

Had a great stay with my family! Location was perfect right next to the river and right off michigan ave. Could not be a better location in downtown chicago! Lots of places to eat near by and was a very safe area. The staff was great and very kind. Big shout out to Monica for her amazing help and also william at the Bar. Great people with true customer service! I would 100% return to this hotel.

Really nice hotel primarily driven by its fantastic location, the only thing drawing down the room rating was the very loud AC unit otherwise we had a nice view on the 25th floor. Front desk and service overall really good but breakfast taste/quality was a bit so so but we still had it all days due to the membership benefits.

One of thee best experiences I’ve ever had. I always bring my own wipes to wipe off surfaces at any hotel I stay at. When I say my wipe was still clean after I wiped everything down I was very impressed. Staff were very professional and accommodating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
