Beautiful hotel! It was very clean and the bathroom was amazing! Loved all of the wall pumps with quality products. The breakfast was good and included. The price was good. The location was great! The only problem was I could hear weird noises every once in a while when I was sleeping It sounds like someone was sliding their hangers in their closet. So maybe there are thin walls in the closet area.

Spacious, clean room with a great view and plenty of amenities. Was a pleasant surprise to have a microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was updated and clean, and A/C worked very well. Hotel was near lots of restaurants, the Roosevelt 'L' stop, and just a 12-15 min walk from Millennium Park in one direction and Soldier Field in the other. I never felt uncomfortable walking around in the area as it was well lit and there were always plenty of people. Would definitely stay here again!

I was mostly satisfied with my stay. There were a few issues here and there. I checked in, but had to re-check in because of some system error. Once I checked in a 2nd time, it was all good. The room was clean, minus pizza residue in the microwave. It's also one of those hotel rooms that's really dim unless the curtain is open. There's no overhead light in the room I stayed in. The hotel was very inexpensive so I'd stay again

The room had all of the essentials - fridge, coffee bar, desk, decent bed and shower. My only complaint would be that it seemed like a queen sheet was used on a king bed. I was by myself so didn't bother raising this issue since it was sufficient for me but if I'd been sharing the bed that may have been a problem. Other than that, everything was great. Props to the staff who were all very kind and helpful.

Very solid rooms with a great view and good amenities. A good-sized mini-fridge and a well-stocked Keurig station were welcome additions. The only minor issue I had was that they put me in a room that had clearly been recently used as a smoking room. Someone had tried to mask this with a heavy dose of some other fragrance reminiscent of a strong shampoo. Between the two, the room was pretty potently scented. Fortunately, I like the cold and wanted to open both the windows the whole time anyway. I would also assume that the hotel was probably a lot more mad about this than I was -- probably not what you'd normally expect. (Just odd that they put me in there anyway when it seemed like there were lots of other open rooms.)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
