I live nearby, but will never recommend this Hotel to anyone coming into the area - the place is hella weird. There is a HUGE list of payment methods they "will not accept" at the front desk, they don't allow tap to pay, staff were nice but their service was slow, the hot tub was broken. The room was overpriced, air conditioner is loud, there is no fan in the restroom, breakfast costs money. Definitely weird vibes here, and definitely not worth the money.

First and foremost shout out to Carlos on the night team. He was phenomenal in our moment of need. The room was supposed to be a king bed, we got a queen. The toilet would not flush properly....and over flowed... twice. (see above for again shout out to Carlos). Location is clutch for jumping on and off the highway and their are a ton of restaurants and gas stations near by plus a Target. Toilet ruined this trip but the room was fine besides that and the bed (I'm fluffy and need King beds). The staff was awesome. Also Buckeye fans it's only 15 minutes from the stadium.

Had some emergency work done at the house, and needed somewhere to stay close by. Called same day, was able to do early check in, with my dog. I don’t remember her name, but she was AMAZING AND SO KIND. Had a few more things to sort out, and ended up booking online after speaking with her. Was able to check in a few hours early, and get some much needed rest. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Online stated there was room service available for dinner, and did not see the option to do so. Went down to the lobby to order from the kitchen, and was informed that the cook did not show up for work that day, so they would not be taking orders. Bought some refreshments from the “refrigerator “ in lobby, and they were not even cold. Was nice for a nights rest, was pet friendly and thats pretty much it. Didnt have amenities we were looking for, but we also didnt utilize the pool even though it was open.
