It's Organized. They provide you with everything you need. Sleepers and dental kits (once you request) But the bedsheets are not new. Very old. There are many cuts in the cover. The reception is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. They are treating the guests in a way that I don’t like or prefer. They take too much time on the check-in process. I guess they need to have more training for their staff. Especially the receptionist and the guy who shows you the room. And to have special requests for Hilton honors members! Am I visiting here again? 99% No, hopefully. 1% might be forced if they have some promotions or if I have many people with me. Because I liked their connected rooms.

Overall a very decent place for a short stay. Don't expect rooms to be too big. A short stay would be comfortable. People are good and helpful. Wifi access is free but variations are there in different spots. It is a very centric place to many places. They should add some more options in morning breakfast as well.

Had a SERIOUS PROBLEM from the Hotel. However, staff solved immediately in a professional way. The Night duty Manager Mr. PARAS & The house keeping staff Mr. DILWAR handled everything efficiently and punctually. We really appreciate their excellent service. Especially Mr. PARAS. He is truly the credit to your hotel. Tremendous efforts, he truly epitomised what five star service is all about. Cheers.

This was my second stay at this incredible hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The warm welcome from the staff immediately made us feel at home and they were very kind to us. I want to give a special thanks to the night manager for their outstanding service. This hotel truly offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience, and I can't wait for our next visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
