It's good if you intend to explore and use the hotel for some downtime. It has its own laundry room for guests which was a huge bonus for us. Rooms are clean, friendly service, nice buffet breakfast and the room service we ordered was good. It's central to a lot of attractions and the mall of the emirates is next door. The pool we didn't use but looked perfect for kids.

Surprizingly nice hotel for the price. You definitely get much bigger rooms in this hotel for the price you pay. We booked a family room as usual, but the area of the room was quite big compared to other family rooms we got in Hilton hotels elsewhere. Staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was nice. It is very close to the Emirates Mall so you can literally walk to the mall from hotel. Very convenient. Much recommended.

Loved loved loved staying here. We had conjoined rooms and it was the best. You're the only hotel where they ACTUALLY replace all thr mugs and cups and glasses, rather than leaving them dirty and expecting us to clean them - the beds were always made and extra towels always provided. My kids loved the swimming pool!! The Cafe at the ground floor has the best eclairs I've had in a while. And the coffee was perfect too. Can't wait to come back!!

I stay in Garden Inn very often. I am satisfied with most of the things. Only I'm not with open buffet breakfast and their hair driers because it works on warm mod not hot enough. I stayed in different rooms and all hairdryers were same. Even i reported this to staffs nothing changed. The thing i most like is they have Guest Laundry room. So, your can wash&dry your laundry by yourself. Location is ok at least for this area. It is very near to the Emirates Mall but not to tourist attractions. All staffs are warm and helpful. Especially the staffs in The Garden Bar that i like to have beers in the evenings are so friendly. I like to chat with them on the bar desk while subbing my drink. Special thank to them named with Siddiqur and Stephen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
