Let’s get the negative out of the way; the location as many others have noted, is not the best and a bit sketchy however central it may be, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Now the positive! The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible. I arrived super early around 7:30am and was told no rooms are available and it might be a while so I waited and took a nap in the lobby. I got into my room by 10:45. Regular check in is at 3pm. The room is great, clean and has the standard fare. Bathroom is nice and modern. The size of the room is perfect for a couple or solo traveler for a few nights. The price however was a little on the steep end so I paid for it through points I had.

Always enjoy staying at a Hilton hotel. They’ve really stepped up their game on giving guests the luxury experience for a good price. It’s not the top of the line but it’s definitely better. We booked this location due to the Christmas Market that’s popular here. It’s located where we were able to walk anywhere that was on our itinerary comfortably. Staff is excellent in checking us in. Very friendly and efficient. Service for rooms and their restaurant was also wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable with their menu. Food was delicious and our cocktails were good. Prices for the rooms are reasonable as well as the restaurant. The view from our room is somewhat nice. The bed is very comfortable. Sheets and down comforter is soft but pillows are so thin. Bathroom is small but does its job. The showers for Hilton now doesn’t have a door for some aesthetic reason but I don’t like it. The water goes all over the floor and bathroom door. Rain shower didn’t work as well since there is a leak at the pipe connection. It was dripping over the shower head instead of a rain shower experience. So I switched and used the hand held shower head. Full size Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided so that’s a plus. Towels were okay. It was enough to get us through our stay. TV channels only had German language and was not able to change the subtitles. Ended up watching Prime and Netflix on my phone. Cleanliness of our room is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend this location.

First time in Frankfurt and needed a hotel. I like a nice comfortable bed with good pillows and a clean good size room with a decent size bathroom and a good shower. This hotel ticked all of those boxes and exceeded my expectations. As of today, it's rated 4.1 in Google and in my opinion, it should be 4.6-4.7 it is that good. The local beer at the bar was served cold and with a good head. I'm Irish and I like a nice beer. The highlight of my stay was breakfast. Anna made me an omelette and brought it to my table with a smile and it was probably the best Omelette I've ever tasted. Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Thank you Hilton Hotels for another marvelous stay. Also, they upgraded my room which was nice. (it's the small things that make a big difference)

The Hotel Rooms are clean and well maintained. If you’re traveling with the car , you don’t have to worry about parking because park garage is very good and highly secured. The only problem is ., the hotel location. The hotel is near red light area , and if you want to go anywhere whether by car or walk you have to cross that street , which I find personally not good.

This was our first time staying in Frankfurt and we typically stay at Hiltons throughout our travels and for good reason. This hotel definitely did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly when we arrived and the lady who checked us in gave us some great restaurant recommendations and really took the time to get us acquainted with the area. The room was very clean and updated nicely. We LOVED the breakfast buffet, it was very tasty and had tons of different options. We ended up running into a snag with booking our trains to our next destination and needed to modify our reservation, the front desk was extremely accommodating and was very helpful. Specifically Vanessa was great! She went out of her way to assist us and really made our stay even better! It's situated in a great location and so close to many hot spot restaurants and only a block from the train station. 10/10 Recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Frankfurt.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
