        The room itself is quite nice but basic and lacking some items. However my family and I noticed unusual stains in the shower that refuses to come off despite being rinsed multiple times.Despite this, what irked me the most is the abysmal customer service and the disgusting front staff service we received. My family and I carrying multiple large suitcases were blatantly ignored by who i can only assume to be the floor manager when we first came in, and the attitude from the front staff Ms Sun the supervisor and her colleague Miss Zhang was genuinely disgusting. We had multiple packages arrive for us and they refused to help us load and carry the packages back to our room leaving us to do everything ourselves. Now i’m not above doing this myself but this is something we’ve had the staff help us with in other hotels before. The customer service here is terrible and management should really look to have the two front desk ladies replaced.

        Room was very nice, clean and also have big space. Front staff and remaining provide a nice service however dining staff lack of English speaking ability. They should know simple word such as cook staff they even not know menu name like fried-egg or omelette when I order.

        The room itself is quite nice but basic and lacking some items.         If to airport, this is one of the best hotel you can choose. Free airport to n fro transfer hourly. Room is new and space is good enough. Breakfast nice.

        Great value for a transit stay, i love to stay at very new hotels which can be better than an older but higher stared property
