A very nice place to stay. Great location, good service and smart features. A bit crowded but the reception is super efficient. Good breakfast with lots of Indian, vegetarian options. The pool is in the next building ( hilton south) so u hv to go out and go up to the rooftop. Good value for money.

It's really a decent 3 star not a 4 star. Rooms are OK as long as you pay for a view. Otherwise, it's quite depressing to look out of the window. Breakfast is not worth it. Especially if you are vegetarian/vegan. Selection is basic and fruit selection was poor. Better to spend money outside on good local food. Gym is fine. has the basics also. But the sweat towel is the size of your hand lom I probably wouldn't stay again and pay a bit more for a better location and room.

Extremely happy with the service and experience of staying in Hilton. We had chosen room with Petronas tower view, we were early and our room was made available at an affordable rate and room was clean with all amenities. Would highly recommend to all. Location is also apt, accessible to KL sentral via free bus and nearby to many food joints. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent - nearby the monorail, markets, shops & eateries. The service is very good as well, all the staff greet you with a smile and they are helpful. Our room is very spacious looking out to KLCC and it's ready with the basic amenities. I appreciate the valet service of RM10 per night and the chair ramp for the disabled. The breakfast buffet spread was good, we enjoyed it. The downside - the bed is slightly small and there is no normal ramp to roll our luggage. The pool and rooftop bar are shared with the South hotel which is basically next door.

The staff was very welcome the guest. Very clean room and nice amenities. I used the bar on the next building. It had very great view of the town! The location is good for buses, eateries. Only thing that it is not the hotel mistake at all. It was a bit far from the city central and across to the airport. I enjoyed a walk and ride to the town through. Overall, I liked the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
