        Other than one staff all others were good. Breakfast was good with decent number of items. (can definitely add more options though). The view was fantastic from our room and also the 25th floor. Housekeeping was spot on. One staff at the desk when we entered was quite rude. (not going to mention name) She denied early check in although we had previously reached out to the property and were also ready to pay. We had a small kid but the staff was so rude and absolutely inconsiderate about us asking for any room that's available for an early check in. There must have been at least a single room. She was not even bothered about the fact that our little child was crying. We did not expect this from a hotel like Hilton. Her behaviour isn't acceptable and we as tourists don't deserve to be treated like this especially in a brand like Hilton. We aren't staying for free and no less than any other nationalities to be treated like this. There was a clear discrimination in how she treated the previous person who was of different nationality. Pathetic. There was emotional distress right at the beginning of the trip. She didn't provide us even with a space to sit with our child. We had to run around in search for a room to stay for 5 hours. There was a small hotel nearby and the staff there was so polite and considerate to offer us a room for 5 hours as we had a child. Staff and experience are important for guests to recommend a hotel. If small hotels can treat guests in a respectful way why can't big hotels treat guests like this when we are paying more! Totally disappointing. I had paid for a twin tower view room. They said it's not available. I had paid more for that. But they said it wasn't available. This is just unfair when I had booked it 2 months before. I am giving 4 for the rooms,comfort, cleanliness, view and the other staff who were considerate and polite.

        Nice breakfast buffet. Located in an area that did not interest me. It was quite dirty. Bus stop nearby for the free bus. Monorail stop is Chow Kit, which is about a 5 minute walk away. Price is very good. Clean simple room. Loved the rooftop pool and views of the Petronas Towers and KL tower. I recommend the hotel but note it is about 45-60 minutes from the airport

        @hiltongardeninnkl hotel room is spotless and well-maintained. Freshly made beds with crisp linens, vacuumed carpets, and dust-free surfaces. The bathroom is gleaming, with sanitized fixtures and neatly folded towels.         A totally disgrace to the Hilton brand. Very poor service, shorthanded hotel, restaurant staff were multitasking, for example the breakfast reception has to take registration and clearing tables at the same time. Breakfast is extremely bad. Nothing much left to eat at 9:10am. Kitchen crew are not alert enough for the lack of food. The portions that they replenish are too little to help with the situation. The one and only plus point to the hotel is the amazing rooftop view.
