What a wonderful hotel. It is fairly new or newly updated. The rooms are small but very clean, modern and well laid out with every amenity you could want. The breakfast buffet was quite good and had a large variety of Japanese and international foods. The bartenders were very nice and made a great drink for us. All the staff we interacted was very friendly. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Close to the subway station. Definitely would recommend.

GOOD hotel, it seems new because it is. Staff is helpful and speak good English. Hotel rooms are medium size, bed is a good mix of soft and hard, bathroom don’t have a bathtub which is a bummer. Room was clean. Breakfast is good and plenty, but not many changes during our stay. They did upgrade which is kindly appreciated. But they didn’t have an executive lounge. Overall good hotel and we will be coming back.

We had 3 rooms with a group of friends and the rooms were great. The staff at breakfast , front desk , and bar were so kind and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed their hospitality. Thank your employees again for making our stay wonderful. Relaxing ,clean, and comfortable!

We originally booked another hotel for our 4 night stay in Kyoto but had to leave after two hours and needed to find somewhere fast. The Hilton absolutely saved our trip - our stay was absolutely wonderful and we loved every minute of it. We stayed in two rooms and both were lovely - very comfortable beds and well sound-proofed. The staff were lovely and moved our luggage into our second room whilst we were out. They also sorted our luggage forwarding to our next holiday when we checked out, and called us a taxi when requested. Everyone we met was lovely and friendly. The location is excellent, and only a short walk away from Kyoto station, or one stop on the metro which is just around the corner. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around too. The breakfast was lovely with lots of Western and Asian options. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a great value for the price. Nothing over the top and no extra bells and whistles but it gets 5 stars for being exactly what it's supposed to be, a new hotel where everything is modern, straightforward and in great working order. My only criticisms are that the breakfast is average and the while the room was clean, it could have been dusted a bit better. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great, the price is extremely reasonable and you have access to laundry facilities with the ability to monitor it in your room. We only stayed one night and actually booked in just for the laundry as this can cost you an arm and a leg everywhere else, but we were very pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this hotel if this is the category of stay you would like to or are able to book for your trip.
