        I had a pretty mediocre experience staying here before a flight out the next morning. I was in room 544 and there was women's hair in the bed, the remote control was filthy and the shower couldn't be on for more than a minute without water spilling onto the bathroom floor. The bed was hard but the pillows and comforter were nice. You could hear your neighbors TV and the doors don't soft close so you will hear people come and go whatever the hours. Overall the room was well appointed though and clean enough not withstanding the hair... The staff were friendly and breakfast was actually very excellent. The hotel is very close to the picadilly line which was great. Just a real letdown of a stay with the room if I'm honest. Couldn't recommend a stay here for the price, unless you are using credit card points.

        Very spacious rooms. Up to date and clean. Lots of facilities on site including a gym and laundry. A fair price. Service was good. A nice buffet breakfast too. Very convenient for Hatton Cross and Heathrow. Could even be a good base for Central London given the speed of the Elizabeth line connection now. The prices in the self service shop are extortionate so bring a bottle of water and snacks if you are going to want any.

        Decent and ideal place to stay not only just next to the air port but also next to the railway station as well. Most ridiculous thing was there were no any drinking water bottles in the room. Even i have tried to contact room service more than 10 times, but unfortunately nobody pickup the phone and i was suffering full night till resturent open. Apart from that Room was well equipped with basic amenities and spacious enough to stay comfortably. Proper hygienic conditions are well maintained. Foods were delicious and observed that vegan options also available.

        Came here for a training course, so I only have experience of the room they hired and the lunch. Lunch was nice, I'm vegan and there was always something for me to eat, the signs around the food were very clear as to what allergens and other ingredients are in the food which made me feel much more comfortable. Staff are lovely and friendly. Nice coffee machines. Very well soundproofed considering it is basically on the runway of Heathrow. I would have liked to have stayed there!

        Great staff, clean rooms, convenient location... BUT the walls are paper thin and you can hear any conversation happening in the rooms around you, and every alarm that goes off in the rooms above, below or around you. You could do worse, but it's hard to imagine constructing a hotel like this. Management seems to be taking good care of the place and care about service, but bring some earplugs.
