        We stayed for a night prior to our flight back to Bahrain. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young man who answered the call for help with our luggage when we arrived and nipped over to terminal two to get a couple of luggage trolleys for us. In our reservation request, we’d asked for the sofa bed to be made up, and it was. The food in the restaurant at dinner was very good and again the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also pretty good. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The sound proofing also deserves a mention as we never heard any noise despite being located in the airport. Corridors are narrow which made navigation with a lot of luggage a challenge, but I think that can be excused due to the hotel location. I often struggle with hotel pillows as they tend to be massive but with zero neck support. Sadly the pillows here fell into that category too. We will definitely stay here again.

        I’m pretty happy with my stay here. The room was modern and really clean, and on the bigger size for London. Room service was surprisingly delicious (butter chicken, yum yum). It was pretty pricey for this level of hotel and the annoying 3pm check in time is ridiculous for an airport hotel. People are coming and going at all times, a little flexibility would be nice. It’s also really only near terminal 2. A big slog to get to terminal 3 and the Heathrow Express train. Still, I’d pick it again if I have to overnight at LHR.

        Airport hotels are often impersonal and less than friendly. Well, someone forgot to tell Hilton, as we received a friendly welcome on arrival, in the bars and in the restaurant. Our room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Food in the hotel restaurant was reasonable value, especially considering the location of the hotel, and was a good quality and very tasty. The runway bar on the top floor is an excellent place to while away a few hours with a beer or cocktail. We didn’t stay up late as we had an early morning flight the next day, but we woke refreshed and relaxed which was what we wanted!

        The Scary and Unexpected check-in experience. Without smiling, unwelcome eyes, and no greeting from a reception guy. You know how I felt when I was asked to pay the deposit £50, even though I thought we paid the hotel fully before we checked in there should be no more asking. Reason the reception man told me was for deposit was in case I would have eaten the items in the fridge in the room. But I found the fridge was EMPTY !, and besides, it isn't cold at all. I thought there would be full of goodies but no! 🤣🤣 I was so surprised. 🤔 He should check the room properly before requesting guests to pay the deposit. This is Hilton, not street side hotels, ain't it !?! 😟😂😂

        Amazing short stay at this hotel. Great location, especially for our very early flight out of T2 which is a quick walk from reception (the walk is covered in case for rainy weather). Service went above and beyond. Asked at check in for milk since we have a toddler and was told they don’t have any. And then they somehow found some and brought to our room very late at night. I’ve had some 5 star hotels not go over and beyond as the people here did!
