Very clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable hotel. My room was spotless. The simple breakfast buffet ticked all the boxes (fruit, juices, full English breakfast, automatic espresso machines etc) and all the staff very pleasant. If you book a room overlooking the cricket ground, you truly have an expansive view of the field and stadium. There's not much in the way of restaurants surrounding the hotel, but it's right on the tram line into the city center. A very pleasant stay and I would absolutely choose this hotel again whenever I return to the area.

Spent 1 night here at the end of December. My room was in the newly opened part of the Complex. Lovely, spotlessly clean and modern with great amenities. Comfy bed and a lovely meal in the "Edge" Restaurant served by cheerful and efficient team of young Ladies. Hotel had a range of excellent facilities available.

I was on a business trip, although I stayed in the old block, my room had been done up nicely. Spotless clean. Checked in was ok, free parking with entrance on Gate 1 (don’t follow Google Maps to Uni Academy car park). Had drinks with colleagues at the bar before moving to the Edge restaurant on the 1st floor, enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. Great service. The view from the room balcony was beautiful. I like the firm mattress but the hotel needs to invest on new pillows as they are too soft. With the freezing temperature these few days, had to keep the heating on all night as the room was cold. Lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries and a shower cap. Thank you for the great service.

If you need to be in this area of Manchester for an event then the location is good but there are other options. When checking in it appeared rooms were not ready for some guests which was causing issues at the front desk but we managed to check in without problems quickly enough - I recommend checking in online before arriving. We stayed in the newly refurbished section - the view of the stadium is nice and large window a good feature. The room was otherwise pretty basic as modern hotels go but had everything needed; A fridge, small kettle, desk, TV (limited channels - you can cast your phone to it though), hair dryer and small wardrobe with a safe. The room was clean. The bathroom was decorated nicely but only had a flimsy sliding door between the room and bathroom and the shower was blocked and flooded in seconds meaning the water had to be turned on and off constantly. The room was massively let down by the mattress and pillows; All four pillows were flat and lumpy and the mattress was hard and really uncomfortable. The duvet was also really thin. Neither of us slept much at all as a result. In the end we just got up, packed and left and didn't bother having breakfast there. We were both shattered from not sleeping. The staff didn't bother to ask how our stay had been when we checked out which seemed telling. This hotel overall falls far short of what we have come to expect from the Hilton brand and ultimately didn't allow us a good night's sleep which I note other reviewers have mentioned. This is a basic expectation. We won't be staying here again.

Overall our stay at this hotel has been great! The staff are very friendly, as are the staff that operate the car park. The room was spotless! There wasn’t an ounce of dust anywhere, the carpet was hoovered well and wasn’t dirty in the slightest. You really do pay more for better value! The only reason I have knocked a star off is because our bed was very stiff and noisy. We felt self conscious of other guests maybe waking up when we would get up to use the bathroom during a night. Other than this our stay was very pleasant and more than we expected. It’s very close to Old Trafford if you’re booking a tour & if you have a car the parking is very easy to locate & use. We would could back & have already spoken about coming back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
