        I get nervous about traveling to large cities because it’s difficult to find a clean hotel room at reasonable prices. I picked this hotel because of good reviews and also the location which worked out perfect pre-cruise. The room was impeccably clean and I mean everything was super clean. I checked under the mattresses, inside drawers, toilet very carefully as I always do with every stay at a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and comfortable it was. We had a great night of sleep after 2 days on the road. Hotel is literally located right next to an outdoor mall. Although we haven’t had a chance to do much in the area, we’re glad to have found a place in Miami where we will return to stay in our future cruise vacations.

        We really enjoyed our stay. The folks at the desk were friendly. Louis, the maitanence man, was helpful with the key operated elevator. He showed us how to use our key and walked us to our room on the 10th floor! Good timing...he saw us having trouble and intervened quickly. What a nice guy. Later. We had dinner at your restaurant and was very impressed with the food! So good! The lava cake was fabulous.

        I have been a really good customer of this hotel for many times. However, unfortunately, I will have to write this review since the manager at night, Sergio. Has been really disrespectful to me and my family. This time I came with my wife and my little daughter. After a long day of work I went back to the hotel and I asked the restaurant downstairs of the own hotel where I usually eat if I could get some milk for my baby. They usually give it to me with no problem. Today, unfortunately I guess that it was different. They brought me the milk and said to me that it was 4 dollars. I payed and went to my room. A couple of minutes later I received a call to my room, it was Sergio the manager. With a sarcastic voice he asked me if I was the customer who left without paying the milk. And I said no, I payed . I always eat there and they know my room. Then he said , well I had to confirm that. And I asked him why did they charge me the milk this time ( since I asked for the milk every single night for a week and they did not charge me. And then he started laughing and said to me well my friend in this country nothing is free. And I said not a problem then charge me for the whole milk supply of milk and he said no just for tonight. The reason why I am upset it’s not because of the 4 dollars for a 1/2 a pint of milk, it’s for the sarcasm insulting tone this “manager” had to a loyal customer. Thanks Sergio for ruining your employees work ethic and excellent service. Hotel 10 of a 10 but if you go to the front desk at night try not to find Sergio he is …. Interesting :) By the way Hilton I will be staying in a Marriott for the following months just in case you decided to charge me 4 dollars a night for my little daughter :)

        Love this hotel, it's super clean, quiet, new, modern. Locates right next to the Dolphin Mall, not a far drive to the MIA. Free parking, a lot of space available. It also attaches to another hotel Homewood Suites, who offers free hot breakfast. But Hilton doesn't include breakfast.

        Great hotel to stay at - service is great, location next to the mall is convenient, not too far from the airport. Amenities are also great with a gym (free weights, cable, cardio machines), pool, billiards table, continental breakfast included. Very clean building, staff is amicable. Parking can be a bit limiting at times.
