        My partner and I have stayed in this 4* hotel when we visited Milan during our over 2-week long European Driving Trip. As a Hilton Gold Member, I like the brand/concept of Garden Inn as its hotels are pretty new and smartly designed. This property has free parking facility which is a bonus for us. Our check-in process was excellent. Our room was also spotless clean and in good condition as expected. The room also had a small balcony we could access to. However the hotel is largely let down by its F&B offerings. My partner and I are foodies and we always try to eat where we stay. The hotel has a nice restaurant/bar but the menu selection and quality of food need to be better. The noise from heating/fan also needs sorting as it was very loud when it was on. On a positive note the management of the hotel is willing to listen to my concerns and act upon them. Therefore I'm giving this hotel a 4*. We hope our next visit would be an excellent 5*!

        This was our first time visiting this hotel and our first time visiting Milan. We found the location to be very good. The metro station is conveniently located very close to the hotel which made it very easy to catch a train anywhere in the city. There is so much to do and see in Milan that honestly we did not spend much time in the hotel. Our room had plenty of space for two people and everything seemed new and clean. Very nice view of the city from the balcony on the sixth floor. Every staff member that we met was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

        In general - a low cost hotel that charges as a "regular" Hilton. What was good - -Free parking -Helpful staff -Nice city view from the gym What was not good: -The room is super small - it's 18m max. and it was not indicated anywhere. I think those reviews that call it "spacious" are the fake ones. -You can easily hear the noise from the corridor -Hotel took 50 euro deposit, and still did not return it (in other Hilton hotels, I received the final invoice almost immediately after the check out). -It's not obvious how to get to the hotel by car Some scheme/description would be helpful -It takes 2 min to get to the metro station however the district is not the best one Taking into account the variety of hotels in Milan, I will definitely not come back to this place again.

        I love Hiltons and I was not disappointed by this one which in my view is a bit above avg Garden Inn standards. Nice infrastructure, free parking, very good connections with public transportation. By the way, to be completely frank, there were a couple of minor issues during the stay. However, in Hilton's style, management cared and committed to 'make it right'. Actually, thanks for coming back afterward and engaging in some pleasant exchanges.

        Everything fine, polite and attentive staff, all clean and new. Sweat part of breakfast is very good but savory shall be improved. Elevators are not optimized and there is unnecessary waiting due to that. Location is convenient. Would recommend!
