It was a nice stay with my children for 4 nights. Everything was great. I can use a microwave and washing & dry machine at free of charge. A clean room, nice staffs, breakfast and supermarket located in 1 mins from hotel. But the deposit (50 euros/night) has not returned yet. It has been 20days already since we are back from Munich.

We stayed at the Hilton garden Inn hotel. Good location for public transport from getting trains busses and trams around the city. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast had everything to choose from. The rooms were clean and spacious. The few downsides were the bed which had a very hard mattress and the pillows were very flat so didn't have the best night's sleep. Also after we checked out of our room we left our luggage in the luggage room behind reception for the hotel staff to look after because we had a late flight. We were not provided with a luggage ticket. We came back to the hotel later in the day to pick our luggage up and the hotel staff just gave us access to the luggage without even asking who we were. We could have been anyone coming in and just picking up anyone's luggage. The security on the luggage was really poor. This needs to be better. Hopefully this will be addressed.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in a Hilton owned hotel. Started when we checked in. The front desk had already checked someone else in under my name. There was a stranger in our room. Instead of giving us another room we had to wait to figure out what happened. All the comments on the AC are true. Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed the hotel GM multiple times & she was completely worthless. The front desk manager was kind & did his best to help 3 days later but he could only do so much. AVOID this hotel if it’s warm or if you care about your safety

Exceptional stay. Room was spacious, and very clean, with all needed amenities. Beds super comfortable. Location perfect. One of the highlights of the stay was very professional and friendly staff Boris who is very welcoming and helped us with all our inquiries. I have travelled a lot, and surely can say the level of staff service in Hilton Garden Inn is top tier.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms, it is close to HBF and has easy access to public transport (tram, bus). There are few restaurants around and edeka super market nearby. The rooms were small, air conditioned, soundproof and alright. The housekeeping did a nice job of replacing things as needed. The front desk were always attentive and responded promptly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
