        I wish i would have taken pictures!!! However the room was very clean and the staff was amazing!! My wife and i had a connection flight the next day, and we told the front desk that it was our honeymoon, and later in the day, they sent us snacks and drinks!!! And it was the nicest thing!! Definitely recommend it, and it's 6 minutes from the airport, which is awesome

        Totally disappointed in my stay at Hilton garden in. I missed a connection and I was put in this hotel, I called the hotel for the shuttle since their website said shuttle from morning to 10pm. They said “our driver was in an accident and we don’t have a shuttle”. I was like that happens so I took Uber and got there, while checking in I asked what time are your shuttles, the lady proudly mentioned that every 45 minutes. And they had a sign posted with the timings. So I was great I can take the shuttle the next day to catch my flight. So I come in for breakfast and I ask about shuttle they said yes see the sign. I check out and have my lunch at 1pm in the lobby. I see others take the 1:15 shuttle. I finish my lunch and then ask the front desk about the shuttle..and they say “the driver was in an accident and the shuttle is not available all day.” I was like wait a minute I was told the same yesterday and I just saw the shuttle driver. I ask them why is there no sign that shuttles are only until 1pm so travelers know? No answer. I ask them well I asked you this morning and you said shuttle was available all day. No answer! I feel this hotel just makes excuses when they see only 1 or 2 passengers. Never again and never a Hilton. Bad experience. Stay away!

        Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Front desk and maintenance staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a VERY limited selection, poor service and was a disappointment in general. The hotel shop and refrigerator were basically empty, had no food to speak of and minimal drink options. Even had to pay$2 for a cup of coffee in the lobby. But very close to airport and has shuttle service. Easy, free parking.

        I want to start off by saying the front desk staff was incredible! Very kind welcoming and willing to listen.... With that said, I obviously ranked 1 star for other reasons. Primarily the "free shuttle". When I was booking my room for the night I specifically chose an option that was close to JFK, and offered free shuttle service. I called upon landing and was informed that the driver went home sick. So, I took a $25 taxi from Terminal 5 to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel the front desk staff member (I apologize that I didn't get their name because they were terrific) apologized and explained that the shuttle service would not resume until 6am. I'm sorry, but an airport hotel with a "free shuttle" advertised as their number one asset needs to have 24/7 shuttle service. Would not recommend unless you get such a great deal that you can budget for the additional hassle and cost of transportation.

        I didn't think a Hilton could be this bad. The only redeeming parts of this hotel are the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, and housekeeping staff. The shuttle driver was pretty cool as well. I was definitely not a fan of maintenance or security. The rooms are dated and my ceiling was terribly patched and looked like it had water damage. The toilet didn't hold water so you had to jiggle the handle to fill it with water so you could flush. The showers drain "eventually" according to maintenance. I took a shower and had standing water up to my ankles. I asked them to check it out and the maintenance guy tried telling me that's normal. Then he was like it's all the rooms. So he took me to another room to show me the it also didn't drain. Then he said that's closing the place next month to fix this issue. Dinner was pretty good, even though salmon and potatoes was $40 on the menu; but breakfast seemed lackluster for over $20. My biggest complaint in that department is that they don't just serve free coffee in the morning like 99% of hotels, and they only leave you one caffeinated coffee pod in your room. There are no social spaces there. There are 2 chairs in the lobby, and some decorative table with 3 chairs. Then they close the restaurant which has a TV and seating, but security doesn't want you sitting there because he said "I wouldn't want you to be accused of taking anything". They have salt shakers on the tables. Idk who's going to take that. That's the only hotel I've been to that doesn't let you use that space after the kitchen is closed to hang out with other guests or people you're traveling with. It was a massive disappointment for 300 or 350 a night.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
