        As a diamond member and visiting Hilton hotels all over the world, this one meets the standards. I was in king junior suite and the rooms were clean and the view was nice. Stuff is young and super friendly and there to help. Breakfast is a 10. All in all i am happy with my 7 day stay at this hotel. Would come again.

        We recently stayed at your lovely hotel. Everyone was so very nice, very helpful and professional. We were made to feel right at home. The accommodations were wonderful, large room with a balcony! Great comfortable bed/pillows! We walked around the area and found it to be very safe, which was confirmed by a local that we met. We called the front desk at one point to ask a question about the A/C, and TV. We barely hung up the phone, and within minutes, there was a knock at our door! The breakfast was extensive, AND delicious!! Great coffee too! The coffee machine itself offered many options. The machine which produced fresh squeezed orange juice from oranges, interesting to watch. When in Rome again, we will definitely come back. A great hotel/restaurant experience!! Thank you to all the employees!

        I recently completed a 5 night stay at the property. I am pleased with it and would stay again. While the location is somewhat distant from the normal tourist attractions, it is convenient to a variety of public transit options. The tram and buses will take you anywhere you want to go and are fairly easy to figure out. While it is a bit distant, the price point is much lower than you'd pay if you were staying at other Hilton properties in the city closer to attractions. I'd consider this a smart budget option. That said, the property is clean, well-maintained and has everything you'd expect from a well-run mid-range hotel. Of note, the breakfast was great! Also, housekeeping did a splendid job daily. I'd like to recommend Taverna Rossini which is right around the corner. Had our favorite meal in Rome there!

        Rooms are good size but expensive for the location. Megan and Julia are incredibly helpful and always with a smile. The breakfast staff are good and breakfast is pretty good. Location is a bit outside the main areas but that means it’s also quiet. A few good restaurants within a short walking distance. I’ve enjoyed my stay, but wouldn’t choose this location again.

        Room was fine - But they could not provide an itemized bill when I checked out because of a printer problem. They did give us 2 bagged breakfasts (we had prepaid for breakfast). However I now see and additional change on my credit card for $53.48 that I have no knowledge of. I did borrow an electrical adaptor but returned it when I left. Can anyone explain the charge and provide a bill?

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
