I recently stayed at the Hilton and overall the stay was ok. The room I booked was not available due to maintenance. The room could use more light. If I opened up my curtains people from other rooms can see directly into my room since the view was of other hotel rooms and the court yard. The bathroom was the worst. The tub didn’t drain so by the time the shower was over half the tub was filled with water. The water pressure would go in and out throughout the shower and at one point the water pressure got so low I thought the water cut off in the middle of my shower. The walls are thin. When the room next to me would flush the toilet or turn on the water for the shower I would hear the water going through the pipes if that make sense. It was a loud noise. I could also hear the people talking in the room next to me. The best thing about the hotel was the location. Easy and short walk to restaurants and shops. Other attractions were 10-15 away by car. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It’s other hotels in the area.

Despite the airport, the hotel is very quiet and you can't hear the planes. The facilities are good, but if you stay for a longer period of time, the rooms are not cleaned daily by the staff. You often see people putting their trash in the hallway or you have to get your toilet paper at the reception or order new towels at the reception. This will be done by the staff as quickly as possible, but I think cleaning should take place at least every 2 days and not every 5. The staff is very friendly

Loved this hotel! It is very nice and awesome location, near little Italy and the cruise ship dock and the light rail stop is only a couple of blocks away. The staff was super friendly and would highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider this hotel. I was worried being so close to the airport we'd hear planes, but the place is perfectly sound proof!

Great location. Walking distance from Little Italy and blocks away from I5 access. The service was excellent. My room was clean but in need of minor maintenance. Nothing major.... Things like the bathroom sink drained slowly and a light switch not working.

The view and location alone makes this place worth it. Right on the harbor, the views at any given time were spectacular. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey, but the staff more than made up for it. Shout-out to jade for making sure I had everything I needed and checking in on me. Will definitely come back again on my next business trip.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
