Loved our stay! What a great hotel! Adjoining rooms meant we didn't have to listen to dad snoring and we had a virtual breakfast buffet brought to our room. Everything was so good, mom didn't want to leave. Of course we were on our best behavior and the staff was enchanted with us. We highly recommend the Hilton. Reviewed by Prince Charmimg and Phantom, miniature Dachshund restaurant and room reviewers.

Had an emergency with my home smart-lock and needed a room last minute. Staff was awesome, room was clean. Price was right around normal. What sucked was how many loud people there were at midnight, or 3 am, or 6 am, walking down the hallway, yelling to each other while the kids chase each other up and down the hall screaming. But that's all about people's manners, or the lack thereof, and not the fault of the hotel staff.

This hotel is centrally located, so a good spot if you're looking to do things all over the San Diego Area. The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are not great. It felt quite dirty. The sheets on the beds were gray and dingy and they've covered the mattresses with a plastic cover, similar to what you would do for a toddler bed. This made sleeping uncomfortable and somewhat noisy when you turn over. In addition, it's right next to the freeway so it's very loud in the early morning. The staff was great, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Update 1-3-24 I visited this hotel again and enjoyed the consistently excellent experience. You could not get better treatment at the finest 5-Star Luxury Hotel. Mr. Sam Canfield the Front Office Manager personally ensured my special requests were taken care of. The Front Desk agent that checked me in was highly professional, thorough, friendly, and accommodating. Housekeeping went above and beyond in a prompt manner to fulfill my needs. The team at the restaurant bent over backwards to serve me. I can't say enough about the Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Mission Valley. This property is a gem - its tucked away in a low key area of San Diego, facility is well maintained, public areas are spectacular, room was spotless clean. Hotel team treated me first class, fulfilled my special requests promptly and with a smile. Great location, adjacent to a shopping area with great restaurant choices and nearby large retail markets. Definitely highly recommended, I have already booked a return visit.

Very disappointed in this hotel, especially the staff. We had a housekeeper use her key and open our door without knocking at 9:45pm. Every staff i spoke to barely said sorry and to just lock the door from the inside. They acted like it was no big deal and gave us no compensation for our stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
