The hotel is in the heart of the historic district. Our room is clean and quiet, and we're happy with our stay so far. ***However, I'm leaving this review because I want to commend Tiffany at the front desk. When we checked in after a long drive, I was in a hurry to get to our room. Tiffany overheard me telling my husband, and she quickly expedited our check-in without being asked to. I rarely see such proactive customer service, and I am impressed that Hilton has such an outstanding employee. Thank you, Tiffany!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it, the staff is very friendly. The toiletries they provide are very high end. The bed was very comfortable. It is also in a wonderful area you can walk to everything!

Stayed at the Double Tree across the street last year, it was nice but more expensive and had less to offer vs this Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms were nicer, staff was awesome, gym was small but did the job, the hotel was very esthetically pleasing to the eyes, great location, valet staff were extremely welcoming upon arrival, Dewon the Bartender kept us laughing and had the right touch with his drinks, brunch was priced very decently and was probably the best tasting breakfast I’ve had at any Hilton ever (eggs were nice and moist not over or under cooked, buffet was plentiful and hot, with many options). Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again100%!

Stayed here for NYE. In a matter of 12 hours the kitchen set food on fire TWICE and everyone had to evacuate the hotel. Once at 6PM and another at 5AM on January 1st. Nothing like celebrating NY and then being awaken at 5am by the alarms.

Awesome hotel. Front desk, valet, room service, they’re all super friendly. The rooms are up to date and clean. I love the black out shade and the pillows are just right!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
