I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights , and I truly enjoyed my stay here. All the staff are so professional and provide very accurate , useful information to me as a first timer in Tbilisi. Breakfast was also awesome , I want to give special mention to duty manager Mariam and her team who welcomed me with their supreme service quality and dedication. Mariam and her team were always checking in with me during breakfast if everything is ok. They are so warm, friendly and earnest in their service . Mariam even packed a small “ take away” lunch pack for me on my last day as my flight timing was in between lunch hour. She is so proactive and her team is also reflective of that. I will highly recommend this hotel , great location, service and staff! Thank you 🙏🏽

We stayed here for 5nights. Location was very good. Beautiful streets to walk around. Beautiful view from the hotel. Breakfast with room also good. Service is not much.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 2 weeks. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bed was not too soft but just firm enough to my liking. Linens were of good quality. Bathrob was a nice addition. I liked the extra heat in the bathroom that came from the mirror, warming the bathroom just a bit so it was more pleasant to come out of the shower. The usb ports could have handy but I only had USB C cords. I did appreciate that there were many power outlets, near the night stand and on the desk/console. I also liked that they had laundry machines for guest use. Handy if you have to be there for longer times. Unfortunately only 1 washer and 1 dryer but the time I used it, no one else was so I guess it shouldn't be much of a problem. The breakfast buffet was very nicely laid out. They had a good selection for a breakfast buffet and 2 hot dishes that rotated daily. Items were also good quality. After 2 weeks you've had it all so it can get a bit repetitive. I suggest limiting the items you try each day to extend it. Location was great if you want to be in this area, if not, then traffic is a bit difficult. Staff was very nice and pleasant, everyone from front desk to cleaning staff. Overall I really enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel strategically located on the high street(slightly far from the old city though). This hotel is opposite the axis tower. Rooms and room service are good. They have self laundry available free of cost. Breakfast is overall good with salad, fruits, live counter for egg dish, waffle and other. For me they have upgraded room to suite without any extra cost.. Although, the road outside has only one lane on each side for cars and taxis so there is heavy traffic in peak hours which consumes a lot of time if you want to go to old city

Run away. I forgot my mobile phone charger, I went back to collect it the following day but they claimed they didnt find it. Food is aweful I was always sick. One day an earthquake alarm started, i went down the stairs running 8 floors only to find the staff maintaining the alarm system. Nobody even apologized.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
