I really liked the location of the hotel as it’s in the city and close to many locations. However the rooms were bit small but the balcony view we had stayed in was amazing! I wish they had more of veg cooked options too. Overall, pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a perfect area, not so far from the city center. The hotel staff is super friendly, always willing to help and have an “extra mile package” in their minds. Attentive to details and requests. Rooms are clean, and you can find everything you need for a short or extended stay. Rooms with terraces have panoramic Tbilisi city breathtaking views. Breakfast has different choices for any taste. The hotel is well-furnished. Additionally, it has a self-laundry service, which is terrific for a lengthy stay.

Good Hotel but not Hilton Standard. We were received by very polite and smiling Staff. Allocated the desired room. Nice view of river. Location is fine but in a very congested area. Lobby is reasonable size. Rooms are really small. Quality of Cutlery and other equipment was excellent. We were helped to leave our luggage for 2 days as we went to Hilton Batumi. This hotel is bit away from attractions and that's why relatively cheap. Bolt taxi is cheap so better to book this hotel and go to town centre by Taxi.

Their hospitality and the customer service level is absolutely incredible. I really had amazing time. They have a high quality service, food (we had breakfast for the past 3 days), the room was clean as it shows in the pictures, bathroom they put الهوز مال الحمام عشان نحن مسلمين. They deserve 5 star. Our flight is 5:30 and the check out 12 they extended till 2:00 pm I’d like to say thank you for the sweet girls Marim, Maria, Anna, and I forgot the girl with the black hair. You guys were very sweet and loving and very helpful. Specially when helping us for ordering food in the night . “With all my heart thank you girls and you have a beautiful smile” My honey moon couldn’t be any better than what it was. Surely I will have another visit to this fantastic serving hotel. See you next time❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is fairly new. Crispy fresh linens and pillows. Excellent service, and the general manager knows how to make the guests happy. Pleasant surprises - smeg appliances, very cute. Complimentary wine and cheeses - a very nice touch. We stayed for 1 night after a night arrival, but the hotel was well above our expectations. Definitely recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
