I love the suites and the views in the upper floors. I only stayed 2 days and didn’t ask for any cleaning/tidying up service. In the past they are responsive when you need something. I’ll update when i come back but i recommend this place if you want peace and quiet or if you have a big family, the suites are great. PS I love the bidet in the bathroom.

This is the second time in a row that our washing machine/dryer combo did not work. We had to pull our wet clothes out and hang them around our room to dry. We went to the front desk to let them know on Tuesday. We were told they would send maintenance up to fix. By Friday, no one showed up. Other than that, we love our stay at the Elara. Great room and great view! Convenient location.

So the room was very nice on the surface, that being said I had some issues like the master bedroom TV didn't work the entire week we were there, the fridge icemaker made more water on the floor than it ever did ice, and the sink drains and washer drains didn't work well so we had a backup in the kitchen and had to wash the laundry twice because the first time it smelled like sewer. The staff was great though when we asked for more towels we got more towels, we something didn't work they sent help right away, unfortunately they weren't always able to fix the technical issues. All in all it was a great stay we weren't in Vegas to hang out in a hotel and watch TV anyway. I'd stay again I like clean and modern and it had both of these things. I wish the pool would have been open.

We're owners through Hilton and this is the only place we will stay on the strip! It's beautiful & conveniently located with an indoor connection to Planet Hollywood. No casino inside so you don't smell like smoke all the time but connects to a mall for great shopping!

I recently purchased the one week/ odd year here at Elara. Very clean and spacious room, and even studios have a kitchenette. It's great for family with children since Elara doesn't have casinos. It's connected to Miracle mile shops, so shopping and eating out is so convenient. It's more convenient than MGM! I am very glad I got this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
