Everything was nice except for the kitchenette which was the smallest I've seen. It was difficult to simply wash the dishes. The refrigerator was adequate for holding some food and drinks. We stayed in the regular room, not the suite, so i can't speak for those. The location is nice as it's close to the central part of the strip. An easy was to the Belagio fountains. If you're only staying for a few days, you'll be fine.

Stiff sheets, stiff towels, beyond it's time comforter. Service was quick and delightful, location outstanding for our needs. Overall, the room was good for our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). Picture of comforter with matted down filling.

Hidden gem not on the strip but might as well be right on the strip!! I cannot recommend this hotel more. Seriously, the second/third best hotel I I've ever stayed. The location is perfect. It's not technically on the strip but a 2 second walk from it. It's also a non-smoking/non-casino hotel, so it's kid-friendly, doesn't smell like cigarettes, and impeccably clean! We, for some reason, got upgraded to a suite, which is basically an apartment. Full kitchen, giant bath tub and separate shower, which was huge! Absolutely amazing spot, I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else!

Beds are rock hard. Pillows are awful. Due to repairs, no AC in my suite for the majority of our week-long stay. It's in the far back of the Flamingo, so you have to walk all the way through the property to get to the strip. Elara was much better.

The perfect place right in the middle of the strip. Walk out the side door and under the high roller and boom you’re walking the Linq area. Rooms were great as always-clean and well stocked with a w/d in most one bedroom units. Highly recommend. Leo and Dulce at the desk were so helpful! The bellman were also so kind! Shout-out to Gibbs!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
