Rooms are a nice size, not cramped, lots of space. We got the 2 bedroom with full kitchen, i just wished there was a small kettle to boil water. Because i'm a tea drinker and they don't serve tea and coffee for free at the lobby unlike Hampton Inn. But all i can say, the staff are great, location is on the south end of the strip. Make sure you get the room facing The Sphere, we were lucky we got a nice view of that at Rm 22125. No smoke smell and the rooms and floors smelled fresh. They have a marketplace for necessities and a restaurant for a quick bite. Ask them for any activities or events.

I was really looking forward to sitting in the heated pool, but it was closed due to a little rain, and when they reopened, it was only a section of the pool. Missed that resort feeling. Rooms were great, some of the staff was a bit dry for my liking. With all things considered, however, it was a great stay.

Great hotel. Staff was wonderful. I love the text feature to get service. I had a problem with my remote and I text for help at 3 am and someone was there in 10 minutes to help. Rooms are large and the washer and dryer were great.

We accidentally left some of my partner’s flannel shirts that were incredibly sentimental at the hotel. Kevin and Curtis in security were so helpful in recovering the shirts and shipping them out to us. I could not have asked for better service, they were so professional and courteous and had the shirts secured and sent to us immediately! Thank you all for turning this situation into a great experience.

From check in to the Experience desk with Julius the Hilton is beautiful, smells great, has friendly and caring staff who set you up for success! This is a gorgeous building and my first time there. They have doorbells. Room has fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, safe, iron plus board, table for 2 and a relaxing chair. The telephone clock has the time that stands up so you can see from across the room. Views were of Fontainblu and the Sphere. Can't ask for anything else. 2 waters per person per day included. Check them out. It's luxurious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
