The good, Beautiful, comfortable rooms, the bad, toilet didn't flush, sink instantly backed up, AC didn't work, super high pressure to Sell Sell Sell you everything from time share to upgrade rooms, to beauty products. FAR from a relaxing vacation. Super stressful. Also said pet friendly when I called, then find out they charge an additional NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit of $60 per night. This place COULD be great, unfortunately it's not.

Very nice place. It didn't get a 4 or 5 star due to water shut off, and we were not notified. My laundry was in a cycle at the time, and I was like, wth. They did give me a resort fee back. In addition, our 2nd bedroom had a clogged shower drain, which got fixed. The ground was dirty because I brought my Japanese house slippers, and the under part was white. It turned brown.....lol...so I bought my own Lysol wipes and wiped the floor. I wonder how dirty 🤔 the rugs in the bedroom were....ewwwww.....probably wouldn't pass Covid standards on cleanliness.....lol.....anywho, it would have been a better stay with a peace of mind of the cleanliness and working order of the rooms. In fact, on the same floor (14) water was spewing out from under the door of one of the rooms down the hall. I had to quickly call the front desk and tell them the bad news. The hallway by that room was soaked with water. Luckily, we were a few doors down because the hallway rug was wet the remainder of our stay. Even though they had a blower trying to dry the rug up, it didn't really matter. No caution signage for wet floor or rug. Kinda surprised it was a Hilton. Poor protocol for such a mess. Probably won't stay here again.

LOVED it!!! All of staff is professional, friendly and smiles on. The property outside/pool and landscaping is peaceful. When you walk into lobby the scent is refreshing and carries into your room. Our 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living area and 1 bathroom with a huge sunken tub was well maintained!!! We have already decided that our friends yearly vacation will be here! Thank you Hilton!!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Parafis Resort in Las Vegas, and I cannot sing its praises enough. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The resort's location couldn't be more ideal for those looking to experience the vibrant energy of the Las Vegas Strip. It's perfectly situated within walking distance to some attractions (monorail) yet manages to maintain a peaceful and serene ambiance within its walls. The hustle and bustle of the city seem to fade away as soon as you step through the resort's doors. The accommodations at this resort are nothing short of exceptional. My suite was spacious, elegantly furnished, and featured all the modern amenities I could possibly need. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the well- appointed kitchenette and living area made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the room's design truly made it a haven of comfort and relaxation. (We we're fortunate to experience the newly renovated suites.) One of the standout features of this resort is the stunning pool area. Surrounded by lush landscaping and swaying palm trees, it felt like a true oasis in the desert. Whether I was lounging in a cabana, taking a dip in the pool, or unwinding in one of the hot tubs, I was constantly reminded of the resort's commitment to providing a luxurious experience. The staff at the Hilton Grand Vacations Resort are undoubtedly the resort's biggest asset. A special thanks toRenee and PePe. From the front desk to the housekeeping team & even the messaging correspondence, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest.

What an amazing property! This Grand Vacations Club is located just off of the strip. We had a beautiful view of a golf course across the street which we enjoyed. It was something different. It's located in a way that you have easy access to the monorail, the main strip, as well as easy in and out access if you are driving. The property itself is very beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. As for our room, we had the 1 bedroom king suite on the 15th floor. The room was so beautiful, with a large bathtub (which can comfortably fit 2 people for those romantics out there) it has a marketplace on the lobby floor which is open during the day. Overall, I would stay here again. I loved our experience here and would absolutely recommend you checking it out!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
